I have not eaten thee in years. I use to work there a long time ago. Seems like the place never changed. I had seen food that was dropped on the floored picked up and served. If something wrong was rung up by a server the GM would push us to get someone else to order it as to not«waste» the food, well actually just keep their overhead costs low. It was gross and depressing to work there. Once a server was vomiting and had diarrhea and was told if you leave you will be fired. He kept serving tables and serving up germs to the customers. I can only say I am happy to see this location closing.

I have really enjoyed spending time in this Chilis restaurant in it’s previous reincarnation as a Movie Theatre and in it’s present reincarnation as a Restaurant. The Restaurant Staff has always been respectful, Friendly and helpful during the 2 times I have been there with friends and family. Advance Notice: This particular Chili’s Restaurant will be permanently shutting down operations on December 28th which is 28. Woodrow Wilson’s 158th birthday.

We come here the past 4 years for lunch or dinner on Veterans Day for their meal deal. We’ve never had a problem at this location. It’s not overly crowded, the staff is friendly and competent, and the place is not run down. They have these electronic touch pads at each table for playing games(great for the kids so my wife and I can talk). You can also cash out on it if you are using a card. Very convenient. Plenty of parking.

Food overall was fine. Beer was cold, 2nd beer took extra lomg. Server needed a lot more training… asked us if we were ready to put an order in guy announced, loudly my family’s bill. Thats an unfortunate first. My 12 year old picked up the table game thing that costs money and they have a line all ready to go to stick the little fee to ya. Server started trying to get all chummy after he realized i wasn’t happy with him. Training required on how to provide proper service.

Chili’s is always a decent standby and it didn’t let me down this time either. I was meeting a friend to catch up and we wanted to eat someplace with a variety of things to choose from. Atmosphere was pretty«dead» but wait staff was attentive and food was fine — nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about either. As Unilocal says for three stars — A-OK. I tried a new item on the menu — the Margarita Fresh Mex Bowl. It was tasty. My friend had the Buffalo Chicken Salad — just as you would expect. Won’t rush back will keep it in the back of my mind as a stand-by.

Ok I was staying at Westin Hotel, didn’t want to go down to Reston Town Center(I should have) So Saturday I go in about 9pm, go to the bar top table area, with the exception of the loud locals at the bar, very quiet for Saturday night. This should have been the first tip! I view menu and decide to order pasta and chicken, bartender looks at me and says«we are out of pasta» I laugh and say your kidding me expecting him to say just kidding! He didn’t, who runs out of pasta? Next, I ordered the sampler platter, pretty easy, 45 minutes later with no more than 5 – 6 people in there the order comes out. Food was dry and not very edible, I was starving, it was late and had no choice. Some of the behaviors of the staff I won’t even get into as I don’t want to see folks get fired, although closing this place would be the best for all! I felt like I was on an episode of kitchen nightmares or something. I should have checked Unilocal first but I have eaten at many Chili’s and as a chain restaurant most standards are usually met. This place was run like a college frat house. Stay way!

This place needs 0 stars. This place is horrible. Ordered the queso and chips as an appetizer. What I got was definitely not queso, it was a brown liquid with some beans in it. And the smallest amount. It was gross. Chips are salty. Extremely salty. Unbearably salty. Just bad. BF ordered the fajita trio, it was the most under-seasoned food we have ever gotten at it chilis. The chicken looked like it was boiled. The beef was like a few slivers of extremely tough something… and the shrimp were okay. The toppings(cheese, sour creams, jalepenos, etc) were in the smallest container. I have been to many chilis and have never seen anything like that. My burger was gross. The bacon was burnt. We were just overall disappointed and couldnt get out of there soon enough. I will never EVER return, and I advise you all to PLEASESTAYAWAY. It is not worth your money. This place gives Chili’s a bad name. I should call corporate.

Bad idea to go to lunch here — everything takes too long! Too many confusion in one seating: — order took too long — wrong order given for me and my friend: — no beans looked like she put extra beans — there was only 2 types of soup and she still gave me the wrong one — penne alfredo w/no alfredo sauce?. really? –had to ask & that took 10−15min. — ordered extra shrimp with pasta = it only had 4 total when it came. where was the extra? — that took 15 min to get the extra 5 shrimps — my friend didn’t get a chance to eat lunch because we have been in there for an hour just waiting for her food to be completed. — waiter did not check on us after the meal was given. at all — had to go walk up to the waiter to ask for our check –only for her to tell us to pay at the little gadget they had on the table! — did not receive but a simple«sorry» & a smirk for all the mistakes — my to go iced tea tastes like soap … no joke! hmmmmm i guess she didn’t like us that much. we were actually not in the mood to complain so we only complained on the major things … it was her lucky day today! TERRIBLE!!!

Easily the worst chili experience I have ever had. I don’t post a lot, and it takes either a really good or bad experience to get me to write. My problems were: Problem 1: My buddy ordered triple fajitas and his cheese that he got with it was small(1 teaspoon, not tablespoon worth). In addition it was HARD and clearly been left out all night. To top off the cheese problem, he immediately recognized the problem and asked for a replacement. It NEVER came and when our waitress asked how everything was, my buddy pointed out he never got the cheese, she said she could get it for him real quick(he was done with his meal). Problem 2: we are ok with salt, but this was ridiculous. The chips and salsa«chips» were covered in salt. We asked the waitress to get us different chips because of the salt. She brought back another order, but the problem was the same. We mentioned it again and she said that’s what they were and couldn’t be changed. I also had ordered the triple dipper with spinach/artichoke dip(and more salt lick style chips) and nothing could be done. At a certain point as a server if something is complained to you several times, call the mgr over. Problem 3: our drinks were empty the whole time. Problem 4: our waitress came to our table perhaps a total of 3 times over 2 hours. We had to ask other people for drinks, utensil wraps, etc Problem 5: a table close to us was able to come in 15 minutes later than us, order, receive their meal, and leave before us. So the cooks, etc seemed to be knocking things out, our waitress was bad. TL;DR our bad waitress didn’t visit, rectify bad meal, bring mgmt, fix our bill and the food was unusually bad.

If i could give this Chili’s negative stars I would. This was perhaps the WORST dining experience of my ENTIRELIFE. First off, don’t seat people outside if you don’t have the wait staff to accomodate outside seating. It took 15 min to get a drink order and then they forgot someone’s drink. I ordered the bottomless express lunch and the chips didn’t come out till after all the food had been delivered. Even the managers were completely incompetent. The food took over an hour to come out. Everyone eating outside on the patio that day was able to bond over our shared horrible experience. We asked for the check at the end of this neverending meal and I was charged 2xs for one entrée and proceeded to let them know that the check was inaccurate. In the end I paid for my meal and was at least happy to see that they ended up refunding the cost of the meal on my credit card. HOWEVER, this meal from hell didn’t end there. I see my credit card statement and realize that they have now run my credit card AGAIN, TWOWEEKSLATER!!! This is a very shady establishment with absolutely the WORST customer service i have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

Sticky menus, sad dark space, greasy everything. The last time I was here for lunch our server was really adamant about pushing margaritas on our table even though we said we were going back to work. Even with the new«healthy» items I still feel sluggish after eating there.

I’ve never been a big for chain type restaurants, however, I stopped by this location for a quick dinner before the Redskins game. My friend and I were seated at a table close to the bar area. I have to say that the total Chili’s makeover has turned out really well. I don’t think that the menu hasn’t changed that much, but they have made the entire restaurant experience feel more friendly and family-oriented. There are a lot of flat-screen TVs and the restaurant lighting and seating areas are laid out very nice. The service was fast and efficient and our Waitress was super friendly. One thing is for sure, your drink is never empty.

I’ve eaten here twice and both times have been extremely disappointing. My first visit here was on a Friday night a few weeks ago. My group had Josh as our waiter. Oh, dear! He had the essence of newb, so we tried to be understanding. Drinks were not refilled, and all of our food was served cold. We were told that they were running behind because the restaurant was«so busy.» I don’t consider a restaurant busy on a Friday night when there is no wait to be seated and the restaurant is only a 1⁄3rd full. Fine, okay. First time wasn’t great. Decided to give this place another chance yesterday. Once again, it was a disaster. My group got Josh again as our waiter. That was a sign of things to come… Josh did not refill drinks when asked. We ended up having to go to the bar to ask for refills. Our appetizer was over cooked and dry. To top it all off, the food arrived cold. I told our waiter my food was cold. He gave me a confused look and asked me what I wanted. I thinks it’s pretty clear that if my food is cold, I would like it served hot instead. I really wanted to rate this place 1 star, but the female manager comped our meal and gave us a gift certificate for the horrible service we received. At least she was nice and helpful. Will I return for a third time? Maybe… But I definitely wouldn’t want Josh as my waiter.

Customer service is great. Food is decent. I do like their ribs. Not the best I’ve had but I settle for it. And that’s all I have to say about that.

This Chili’s just got better: 3.5 stars. They have revamped their menu and it seems to have a lot of more appealing as well as healthy-ish choices now. Its always empty anyways so you get a seat immediately. I got steak fajitas– sizzling with green peppers and onions. The tortillas were a little too crispy/overcooked, green peppers a little undercooked but pretty good meal still overall. I didnt care for their new little table-side monitor ordering/menu advertising system on the table-press one button and its waaay too easy to accidentally order something or pay someone else’s bill when you are just testing it out. Avoid, esp. if you have kids!

This location is pretty deserted so it’s usually quiet which is nice sometimes when you just want to sit outside and enjoy with friends or what not. Staff seems to be short at times or they must all be in training still, takes awhile to order, refill and etc. I asked for one of the appetizers on their special and asked not to add shrimp since I am allergic and they forgot. By the time our waitress came, I wasn’t hungry and asked if they could just take it off from the bill. The waitress was accommodating and said she will be happy to take it off with a smile. The wait was a bit irritating but overall experience was okay not too terrible. I’d come back for a happy hour once in a while.

The quietest Chili’s in the USA! The place was deserted. Food tasted like your average Chili’s. The draft beer had an aftertaste — indicating dirty beer lines. They need to clean them more frequently.

This isn’t about the food but their rather odd logic in policy. So I ordered online for some friends who just had a baby and frankly cooking isn’t high on the priority list. So to be nice and help them out I figured I would order dinner for them online. Ok great they have online ordering(nice!) That is a positive. They don’t let you pay online and when I called the restaurant they wouldn’t take my credit card over the phone for payment either. Citing company policy. And they are protecting people from fradulant transactions. When I then inquired about paying online I was given the same line. Seriously… for Pete’s sake Chipolte lets you pay online!!! I mean seriously… so now my plan is a bit skewed given as now I need to drive over there and pay IN-PERSON… so they know my CC belongs to me. All I can say is for the sake of my friends, I do hope the food is good. As for myself, due to their poor business logic, I don’t think I will be dining there, not that I ever eat there anyways.

Honestly, I’m not a big Chili’s fan but I have such a good time when visit this location. What I will say is if you’re dining at lunch time its best to know what you’re gonna order ahead of time. Also, when you get your food ask them to bring your check or you’ll end up being late back to work. With that being said… on to the drinks. Whenever I get a chance to sneak out a get a lil sum sum this is my spot. Their patron pomegranate margaritas are everything. Really, just check out their specialty mixed drinks, most of them are good and if not, the manager will make sure that you’re taken care of!!!
