Showcase Limousines

I used showcase limousine for our wedding in September. The driver showed up on time and was very friendly. The limo was nothing spectacular and smelled of cigarette smoke.
A few days after the wedding we notice a charge of $ 109 on our account. We were never notified we were being charged over time (we did acknowledge we went over our time a little, but not $ 109 worth).
After 2 weeks of not hearing why we were charged, I called showcase for an explanation (Saturday). The lady I spoke to said it was part of their policy to notify the party of any extra charges or overtime. I was told whoever handles that matter was out of the office and I would be receiving a call back shortly. I called back two days later (Monday)to follow up and was told I would for sure be receiving a call by tomorrow (Tuesday). I never received a call Tuesday, but an email at 9:45 that night saying someone would be calling me tomorrow. I became very annoyed with the lack of communication and organization this company showed.
On Wednesday, around 1pm and still no call, I called showcase again. I was told that the manager was reviewing my file as we speak and I would be getting a call back soon. I finally received a call back at 5:15pm. I was told that I went over my time by 45 minutes and for every 30 minutes over there is a charge of $ 54, thus why I was charged the $ 109. I did not agree with the amount of time I supposedly went over and explained that we only went over by 20 or 30 minutes at the most. I also questioned as to why I was never notified of the overtime and charges without out my consent. The lady apologized and said it is part of their policy to notify the customer of any extra charges and that someone dropped the ball and never notified us. As for the questionable overtime, I was told i was over by 45 minutes and I would not be refunded the $ 54 like I asked. I was offered 2 free hours on a future limousine service that what said to be worth more than the $ 54 I was requesting. I told the lady I would not be using their limousine services in the future nor did I trust them with my card on file and take the chance of being charged again without any sort of explanation. I was told I would not be refunded the money and that was all they would offer me as compensation for their mishaps.
I would NOT recommend showcase limousine to anyone. This company is way over priced for the services and limousines they provide. Along with rude employees and terrible customer service.

Hired showcase limousine for my daughters wedding. When first received a quote we were told it was $ 400.00 but did not book then later when we booked it (we did wait too long) were told we were quoted $ 600.00 as it was prom weekend. We had no choice so booked it. When I told them I was paying with a debt card I was told there was a $ 50.00 fee to use a card. I feel they use an excess card fee to receive only cash as it MAY not be reported as income. The driver was very nice and we had no problems in that area only with the office.

I used Showcase Limousine for a wedding on 04/​04/​2015 to be taken from the ceremony to the reception site. The car was on time and waiting for us to depart and the driver was friendly.
The towncar was a basic car but nothing spectacular and served its puropse of transportation but my husband wanted the red carpet that is suuposed to be standard and the driver told us he was running late from an airport pickup just before us and didnt have time to go back to the office to get it.
To rectify he offered to stop at the store to get us a bottle of champagne. Well that stop took over 20 minutes while we waited in the car for him to return. My husband finally had to get out and go into the store and tell the driver we were running late and this was taking too long and we needed to get to our reception destination. We were late of course and without any champagne.
Several days later we received an additional charge on our creidt card for going over the alloted time, when the driver is the reason we did so. We called the office and they reversed the charges.
Our issue was did the driver not tell them the reason we were late prior to automatically charging us the fee. Also the person we spoke to was very argumentative and lacked the basic customer service skills.
With hundreds of limousine companies to choose from please research thoroughly before choosing this one.

Arrived early on both ends of a round trip to the San Pedro cruise terminal. Our chauffeur Shannon was great & arrived with a perfect car. This is our third time using Showcase and have no need to use another service. This trip was a nice addition to our cruise. No need to worry about hectic driving and expensive parking! Priceless!

My son had ordered a «stretch» limo from Showcase Limousines for my granddaughter’s Prom night, that was going to be held in Palm Springs, CA. The limo driver, Carlton, was a very pleasant driver to deal with for this event. If I ever have the occasion to need a limo service, I will call on Showcase Limousines and request that «Carlton» be the driver.

I was so very impressed with the level of service the company provided. My bride and groom used them to pick-​up their entire wedding party to take them to the ceremony, then transport them to the reception and then take the bride, groom and parents back home. Needless to say there were many logistics to consider in having two limousines and managing pick-​up for 21 people. But I must say the process was seamless. They made my job as a planner much easier. The drivers were so professional, nice, respectful and so very helpful. They provided top-​notched service the entire day and kept a smile on their faces. Even leading up to the event, the staff was very helpful and on top of everything. I will definitely continue to use their service and would recommend them to any one.

We hired this company to take us to the airport directly after our wedding for our honeymoon flight. We had three hours and the trip should have taken 90 minutes tops as we were driving at 10 pm. Unfortunately, the driver and/​or the company were not aware of a scheduled freeway closure so we got stuck going only 2 miles in one hour. The driver did get us to the airport 20 minutes before takeoff and luckily after some begging we were allowed to board. Close call but we were happy to make it. Because of the freeway closure we were in the limo after midnight, which resulted in an overtime charge to the credit card. We received no notification of the charge and discovered it coming back from the honeymoon. We felt that if the driver or company had been aware of a scheduled closure, we could have taken an alternate route and avoided the traffic and overtime altogether. It took two clicks on our smartphones from the limo to check
and see the scheduled closure, but by then it was too late. Seems like a transportation company should be more attuned to situations like this. After several days speaking with the company about this we are still awaiting a refund

I used Showcase Limos for Mother’s Day as a surprise to my lovely, and so deserving mom and showcase went above their call of duty!
Because I was on a budget and the car service was only for mom & dad, I ordered a town car to pick them up and I was pleasantly surprised the day of with a free upgrade to a stretch limo!
Not only that, but Carrie (the lady who helped me make the reservation), made sure that the limo was decorated with Mother’s Day décor and a bottle of champagne. As you can imagine, my parents were surprised and elated, and they had an amazing night out! Their driver, Gilbert, was professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with! So, now as Father’s Day approaches, I’m on the phone with Carrie again to make sure dad has an equally good experience. This is definitely going to be my go-​to car service company!

First time ever to use a Limo Service. It was a great experience my wife and daughter loved it. The Driver was very nice and Laura who helped me navigate the reservation was very helpful. Our trip to Palm Springs for dinner was great now I just need to figure out the next event and try them again. Thanks Showcase Limo my wife loved the surprise!

Just recently used this company for a funeral. They were very kind and professional, caring and compassionate, they went over and beyond what they were suppose to do as drivers. I am so thankful for their entire staff! Will definitely be using them again!

thank you Carrie for calling me today this lets me know that businesses do care about there customers. I’m also glad we talked because I didn’t realize I gave a 2 star rating I was meaning to give a 3 star rating for being okay that was my error that’s what made me look to see what I gave because 3 stars are not that bad that’s why I was surprised for the call. I stated prior the only thing that I had a problem with is the half empty bottle of cider and that we had to stop and take time out to get another bottle and also that the limo just wasn’t as fancy as other limos I have been in before. The limo ride it self was cool to me since it was just a quick mother’s day lunch. Yes I stated I would use you guys again in August But, after I thought about it I wanted something a little more fancy and where the inside set up was a little more elegant and that’s why I changed my mind for using this service for my b-​day event. But, I did give one of my members at my church your number and she told me she used you guys for her daughter’s event and she enjoyed it very much. I do apologize again for the 2 star rating that was not what I was trying to give because this was not a bad experience for me just wanted more for my b-​day. Thank you again for the call

You get what you pay for: SAVE YOUR MONEY. I have no idea what my best friend paid for his wedding black Hummer Limousine yesterday ⁴⁄₂₆; but it was very disappointing. No class at all. The drive did not make sure the limo was at a cool level, it was hot and stuffy. She would only turn on the air when she started the engine. So the ride was hot and the circulation was poor. There was no music or the ability to play music: the driver fail to instruct us how to use the radio system: So we went with out anything. Very poor. He (my friend) really has a complaint: It was so piss poor service on his wedding day he should get his money back. IF YOUR LOOKING; FIND ANOTHER LIMO SERVICE UNLESS YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU WANT IN WRITING; AND MAKE SURE HAVING THE AIR CONDITION ON AT A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE IS NOTED. All we got is just the fan because it took so much time to cool all of us.
It really was ridiculous: especially for a wedding.

I recently used this company this last Friday 12÷23÷11 for our annual Xmas shopping spree. They were extremely reasonable. Ray and Chris helped me with the quotes and getting everything dialed in for our Xmas shopping spree. Steve was our driver and we had no complaints as he drove us from place to place for 10 hours. The only thing I wish they had was iPod access in the back of the limo but other than that I was very pleased.
