The most common notarial acts such as Acknowledgments and Jurats cost $ 10 per notarial act. The maximum fees a notary may charge for public service is set by Government Code section 821, so all notaries charge the same for the notarial acts. The trip fee may vary between depending on the notary and your proximity.

History
Established in 2005.
I started out as a Notary Public doing loan signing in 2005 exclusively for a local real estate broker. I decided to branch out and now service multiple Signing Agencies throughout California.
There have been many changes in the real estate and mortgage industry over the past 10 years including additional background checks for notaries and new disclosures to help borrowers understand the loan terms they are committing to.
In the coming year I am hoping to expand my business to include legal document preparation. As a paralegal working in family law at a local Sacramento firm I saw first hand how «In Pro Per» (self representing parties) struggle completing and navigating the divorce and custody process.
