I lost 37 pounds in 10 weeks with Chris Keith. I am no longer in pain and my body feels great. The workouts are fun and challenging and his gyms are both immaculate and incredibly well equipped. When shopping for a trainer I could find anyone who was even close in experience level. He is very well known in San Diego for being the best. My lower back was bothering me and I had a little bit of weight to lose. I was looking for a personal trainer and interviewed e few before hiring Chris. Both of his facilities are amazing and his program is very comprehensive and exactly what I was looking for! I no longer experience discomfort in my lower back and I lost over 20 pounds in 2 months. Getting a personal trainer was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I always tell myself I wish I would have found Chris Keith before I went with surgery. There are days I don’t want to work it but he motivates me and pushes me to the fullest extent! I started the last week on February and within 30 days I have lost 15 lbs. I look forward to the future to see where my training with Chris takes me! If you are longing for a personal trainer! Chris is definitely your guy!

I have been training with Chris Keith for about 6 years now. He was referred by a friend of mine and I am so glad I found Chris. He has helped me with nutrition advice, coaching for core strength and one-​on-​one weight training. Chris has a huge body of knowledge to share about fitness. He answers my questions about my diet. He has helped me recover from three major surgeries with stretching, core strength and rehabilitation. He is dependable, concerned and available. I am reaching my goals of fitness at 60 with Chris’ guidance and encouragement. Most of my colleagues have let their bodies go. But with Chris’ help I am not only aging well but I am also in the best shape of my life.

I was an out of shape mature man whose body was aging in disabling ways. I could not sit on the floor and play with my grandson, using stairs was a painful experience, and I was 50 pounds over weight. I have been working out with Chris 3 days a week for several months and my life has changed. I am still a mature man but my waist has gone from a size 40 to a 36, my vitality has been restored and the movemnets associated with daily life and be rejuvenated. I am amazed that derfination is returning to my body as well. Chris designed a work out program with my limitations in mind and he is constantly updating my workouts for my improving health and fitness levels. I am very happy and I believe my work with Chris is worth every dollar and more I spend on his training and advise.
