We come to you on a weekly schedule and give your vehicle whatever it needs to keep it looking shiny and new, including a wax once per month. It’s like getting a Complete Detail Service every week! We treat your vehicle as if it was our own and we know that the Details Matter.

Established in 1990.

Details Matter Mobile Auto Detailing is family owned and operated by Ron & Dawn Billingsley. It was established in the late 90’s when Ron decided to turn his hobby, and greatest pet peeve (a clean car), into a business. So many customers are happy that he did.

Ron is a wonderful person and does very meticulous work! He is extremely thorough and looks for the smallest speck of dirt to make sure he leaves a very clean car. I have watched him do my neighbors cars for 10+ years and never seen or heard any complaints. He is very punctual and usually texts me ahead. Frankly, I was surprised to see that one negative review by someone. Ron also replied to that person about what possibly happened. So, I hope that person connects with Ron and clears out the issue and updates the review because I have only seen great work from Ron. He spends almost an hour or more to make sure every square inch is perfectly clean. Since he uses ionized and pressurized water there are no spots left even if water is left to air-​dry and he is very conscious of water shortage and so brings his own tank filled with ionized water. Wonderful service!

Never picks up the phone or returns voice mails for an appointment. I can’t speak to their actual detail service, but I can say their initial customer service is awful. You’d think they’d return messages from potential new customers, but that hasn’t been my experience (2 voicemails that were never returned). To add insult to injury, these are the people my work contracted with for weekly detail services. Too bad they don’t ever pick up the phone.

Wow — Best detailing ever! Ron just finished my wife’s 04 Accord. We have had it done several times over the years, but this is — no question — the best job we’ve ever had done. Several reasons why this was such a noticeably better job. I think Ron a) really knows what he’s doing, b) uses the best quality products, c) takes his time and does a very thorough job, and d) enjoys what he does. It all really shows in the results! Also, he is very reliable/​punctual, articulate and honest. I would highly recommend Details Matter over anyone else I’ve ever used. We will also definitely use him again.

Ron has detailed my cars, my truck and my 40 ft. Diesel Pusher motor home. Over the years it has become absolutely obvious that Ron goes way beyond in terms of his knowledge, his work ethic, and his complete commitment to produce the very best, most beautiful result each and every time he touches any vehicle. I can’t recommend him and his talent any higher. Give him an opportunity to prove me right — you will never be disappointed. Ron is great! He has such an eye for detail with my car… it looked brand new again when he was done. I was more than amazed! I was a DELIGHTED customer and will continue to use Details Matter to clean my BMW! I have used other detailing companies and their towels get gunky and cause swirls in my paint, but Ron didn’t let that happen. He is meticulous and super friendly!

Love getting in my clean car, Ron has been cleaning my car for several years and does a GREAT job. He is very professional and you can tell that this is just what he loves to do. I can trust giving him my keys and go to work knowing that he will take care of my car and return looking like a brand new. Prior to using Details Matter I went to just a corner car wash and my car always came back scratch or with a new little dent. I no longer worry about that with Ron.
