Inner U Alchemy specializes in what would best be referred to as Spirit~Bodywork. Zane is an energyworker that moves energy by way of bodywork (massage).

Zane primarily focuses on the Spiritual and Emotional components that affect the body, working to find the root of imbalance and changing old patterns and limiting beliefs.

Utilizing many physical and vibrational essences to ease stress from the mind allows for a sinking deeper into the body for alignment with your spirit.

Sessions are appx. 75 minutes for $ 120. Consultation time before and after is not factored into that time period.

It is important for me to get to know you and for you to not feel stressed in arriving or leaving. I take my time and encourage a calm approach to affecting major change for your life experience.

History

Established in 2012.

Inner U Alchemy began as a deep calling that I (at the time) was terrified of fulfilling. Brought into Hapenstans The Tribe, my community has fully supported me since the beginning.

Now I am so grateful that I took a leap of faith and committed to doing this work because of the benefits it offers you. Inner U Alchemy has transformed many times before reaching its current iteration which has been founded on a solid foundation.

I’ve gone to Zane for healing work a couple times now. Everything from the timing to the experience is impeccable. I say «timing» because Zane is really great with working you in, and both times that I’ve been able to snag an opening with him have been just what the Healer ordered!
Speaking of time: Zane truly makes the most of each moment from start to finish.
He is incredibly in-​tune and will take his time to get in touch with you before the session. It feels great going to someone that you can let into your headspace, explain what’s going on in your sphere that’s causing a mind-​body affect, both good and bad.
He uses that insight like true healer: going in, churning all the stagnant soil to revive and replenish all the vitality and nourishment that was lying beneath.
Zane pairs this with his technique for tailoring his array of essential oils specifically to you; tapping in to the soothing senses your mind&body are craving with the unique benefits that each plant oil has to offer for healing.
I always leave my sessions with him feeling revived, recharged and clear! Most of all, I feel like an equal participant in a nourishing process.

Seriously, Zane is one of a kind and I am so grateful our paths crossed. First let me start by saying I never get massages. I first met Zane at an MJ Cyclery bike shop art event, he had his wonderful aroma displayed and I fell in love with his wonderful scents. We chatted a bit and he told me about his massage, aromatherapy and energy work. We talked about Ayurveda because I am currently studying it. I hadn’t really thought of seeking out a massage but I thought, «wow If I were to, he would probably would be it.» I should give him a call. I took Zane’s card and mingled on.
Months passed.
I went to the Office bar to get down to some Bob Marley tribute band on a whim and I’m getting my groove on, I walked towards the front corner of the bar and there he was again. I thought, «he attends cool events!» :) he remembered me and we chatted again. I immediately booked my first massage. I feel like the word massage doesn’t really capture his true talent or true essence. Zane has truly found his dharma/​purpose and it is MARVELOUS. It’s amazing and beautiful to witness. His hands and energy are the healing kind, his aromatherapy will enlighten your soul. Inner U Alchemy is definitely the spot to seek that physical, mental, emotional & spiritual tune up that you deserve.

I’ve had plenty of massages before, but I’ve never had one like this before. Zane took a lot of time to talk to me first so that he could customize what we should work on. During our consult, he suggested some ways of thinking that were very positive and I loved his outlook. The massage was wonderful and I left feeling so chill and relaxed, and that carried over well into the next day! It was truly Magick!

All the previous post describe Zane as magical: I whole heartedly agree, he is magical. I went in yesterday for a consultation on aromatherapy to help me in areas where traditional medicine has failed me. I walked out of there with much, much more than just some blends of essential oils. I had a better understanding of not only the oils he has chosen for me, but a better understanding of well, me. he asked questions that I had not thought of (what would it be like if I had no pain?). He also performed some energy work on me that made me feel as if I had entered another level of consciousness. Then he did some «matrix» on my jaw that has been is terrible pain for the past year. I have to tell you that I have gone more than 24 he’s with absolutely NO PAIN in my jaw. That has not happened in over a year.
Zane I honor you. it is as though you are one of the few people that is doing what you were made to do. You are a true healer, and a gift.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SET A TIME TO SEE ZANE AND EXPERIENCE TRUE HEALING by a gifted HEALER!

My first official aromatic massage session with Zane was out of this world. I can’t say enough good things about Zane’s unique approach to massage, aromatherapy and energy work. We specifically worked on my rotator cuff which has been causing me some pain and he also whipped up some ginger grass, petruli, pabsanto, & vetiver.
I also can’t believe I get to take home a new bottle of aromatic oils upon each visit. I keep giving them to my friends. A smelly good time!

Zane is ridiculously talented and incredibly passionate! I’ve never had such a thorough massage & personable masseur. He really listens to you about what your goal of the massage is and not only caters the massage to your needs, but also adds aroma therapy to make it a very, very unique experience. And his price is very reasonable, I’ve definitely paid much more for much, much less. I would definitely recommend Zane to anyone and everyone looking for a quality massage.

I’d honestly call Zane a wizard. He works some amazing mind-​body-​spirit magick! Initially he will do a thoughtful and thorough consultation with you to identify your physical and spiritual needs. He’ll then conjure up a potent and customized blend of essential oils for you, and uses it to treat you with a wonderful massage. I wasn’t particularly tired before the massage but still found it difficult not to drift off in complete bliss. You also get to take the remainder of the blended oils home in a small bottle to use as aromatherapy when you need it. I can’t recommend Zane highly enough. He transcends normal massage and alchemically transforms it into something magickal!

Zane is quite literally a miracle worker. I’ve had a few massages here and there, but nothing like the total immersion experience I had today.
After a super thorough discussion about my needs and wants for the session, Zane handpicked the essential oils he thought would suit my needs best, and mixed them up before my eyes. I love this touch because he really listens to what you’re looking for and tries to tailor the experience to your every need. After discussing some areas of my body that needed some special attention he got to work.
We started with a head and scalp massage (AMAZING) and went from there.
Dear reader, unfortunately I can’t give you a super detailed account of everything he did from that point on because I was so totally relaxed and focused on my breathing that I zoned the eff out. That’s a big deal for me. In fact, it’s a HUGE deal. I can’t relax before going to sleep, let alone on a massage table, but Zane and his magical talents managed to help me quiet my chattering brain and just enjoy my experience. It was the ultimate in relaxation for both my body and mind, and I left feeling completely blissed out and awesome.
Zane and his space are an oasis in a chaotic world.
Needless to say, I will be going back again and again, and I will certainly brag about him to everyone I know.

Zane is very talented at his craft and does such a great job at providing a multi-​sensory experience to ensure relaxation. He is kind, genuine, calm and skillful. His massage technique is wonderful and I really enjoy the aromatherapy he builds into each session. He is the first massage therapist I’ve ever had who takes the time to sit down and have a personal conversation about what’s going on in my life so that he can really tailor the massage and the aromatherapy to exactly what I need at that time. I’ve only been to two massages with him so far but I will definitely be back because I really enjoy the personal touch he adds to the experience.

There is only one way to describe my experience with Zane, that is: Magical. The minute I entered the room with Zane for a consultation on using aromatherapy to help me in the areas where traditional medicines has failed, I instantly felt as though I walked into an oasis of serenity in the midst of Hillcrest. I know the basic essential oils that you get at sprouts but, I had know idea the that there are so many different levels and the stories behind some of them. Zane made it very easy to understand each one he had chosen for me, and why. I am in love with my spritzer the he created for me. He also did some energy work on me, with special attention to the TMJ pain I have suffered from for over a year. He did what he called «Matrix» and I have now gone over 24 hours with ANY PAIN. (What?) I can only describe it as PFM. Pure Fricking Magic.
Do yourself a favor and set a time to have Zane work on you, Body, mind, and spirit. You deserve it!

Be ready for an immersive experience combining your senses of smell, sound and touch. Zane is magical! His skills as a massage therapist are only rivaled by his adeptness as an aromatherapist. He brings together the powerful use of essential oils and the healing touch of massage to provide a massage experience unlike any other. This is my second massage with Zane and I have to say it was once again AMAZING! I have a torn meniscus in my knee and was getting cortizone shots on a regular basis… until I saw Zane and he worked his magic. I have not needed a shot for over 6 months and have had no more pain since… his combination of massage technique, energy work and advanced knowledge of aromatherapy makes for an experience for sure. this guy is a true healer!!!
