Kenny’s Doors

I cannot overemphasize how great of a job Kenny’s Doors has done on all three of my homes for the past 10 years. From simple to very complex, Jason can do it all to the very highest level of my satisfaction. Very responsive, competitively priced, and highly competent. He just finished up on garage at my new house, replaced the top panel with windows, retrofitted a wayne-​dalton door with a new torsion sprint system and installed a liftmaster 8500. This is the most smooth and quiet operating door I have ever heard. I will recommend Jason to anyone. My wife is a real estate agent and only refers her clients to the best, and she highly recommends Jason. THANK YOU JASON!

We’ve used Kenny’s three times now since we bought our home. He is very prompt, courteous and obviously a perfectionist. We asked him to come when our garage door wouldn’t close and not only did he fix our sensors but noticed the wood around was cracking so made sure to fix that. He makes sure to show us and note all work done and is very reasonably priced! Would use any day and recommend to our friends!
You do need a little patience as he is friendly and talkative but I see that as a plus and not negative.

I called Jason for a continuous problem I’ve had with my garage door that he has supposedly fixed before with my sensors. He answered and asked how I was and when I expressed my disappointment with the problem, he proceeds to talk over me telling me he fixed it, didn’t charge me for it and to find someone else to deal with it and hung up on me. If he had let me get a single word in he would have heard that I did pay for him to work on the sensors. I pulled up my bank records and have a check for $ 65 that I wrote to him that day. Unbelievable that this is the norm with businesses these days. Unable to do the work so they become defensive and act this way. Also, we bought the door opener that allows you to open it from an app on your phone. He isn’t well versed in how to program without calling their customer service. If you’re going to sell a product make sure you are educating yourself to keep up with technology. I don’t usually write reviews, but feel that this is completely unacceptable. I have referred Kenny’s Garage Doors to family and friends and am now making sure that they all know how Kenny’s Garage Doors conducts business. I will say that when I began using them back in 2008, it was the owner I dealt with and had nothing but great experiences. Jason is his nephew and is taking over the business. Well good luck, Jason, don’t see you getting far with this attitude.

I called for an appointment to get my garage door unstuck. Jason was able to work with my schedule and come out that same day. He was super friendly, punctual, efficient, and informative. He helped me to understand my options for repairing my garage long term. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone with garage door repair needs.

Jerry bought out Kenny. Jerry and Kenny install, repair and service all things garage door. I’ve used both Kenny and Jerry and each was prompt efficient, quick and reasonable.
All of which makes for really boring Unilocal review. It makes me wish Kenny traded the business for Jerry’s wife. Now that would be a review worth reading.
I think Jerry is worth searching out and that is 4 stars.
