Established in 2007.

Meridian Property Management was born out of this need for a simple, reliable, hassle-​free property management experience.

For years, as investors ourselves, we had our own frustrations about the property management options available. The companies that existed at the time were either unreliable, the fee structure was too complex, or our billing statements resulted in hidden charges. We knew there had to be a better solution.

From this experience, we decided to form Meridian Property Management and designed the business to address the needs of investors like ourselves.
