Roberts Carpet Cleaning

The facts are… I said the house had only 4 rooms with carpet. (the rest of the sq. ft. is hardwood or tile). I was given a price over the phone for 4 rooms and that continued to be the price until they were well into the process of cleaning the carpet when, Robert approached me and wanted to re-​negotiate the price, something I typically don’t consider if work has already begun but, I thought he was a nice guy so, I agreed to the «new» price he wanted because I wanted to be fair. Additionally, his website and card say 100% guarantee so, while it wasn’t four weeks until I called him, I did «try» to call him… I’m certain he must have known why I was calling because as I said in my review, he wouldn’t answer my call, he would hang up as soon as he knew it was me… and he says I’m rude?

Needed a last minute carpet cleaning. Robert was very responsive and handled within a day of my call. Great service and did a great job on the carpet. Highly recommend this customer service oriented company.

When a business is a true 5 for me, I don’t write a review anymore because you jerks end up slamming them with so much business, I end up unable to ever get a decent appointment with them or the wait time ends up 1hr (as with a restaurant)…
However, this time I really don’t care because I’m moving out of the area.
* If you use anyone but this guy to clean your carpet, you are an idiot.
I used to use bigger names with higher prices, newer vehicles, young (inexperienced) faces, excellent customer service, mediocre competence and extravagant overhead. and when they couldn’t get stains out of a carpet, I just accepted it as the best that could be done… I was such a fool.
I’m not going to get into details, but this carpet was totally TRASHED due to over 8yrs of every pet fluid you can think of and this guy got it all out except for maybe ½ of a blood stain that was there for 5+ years (before I moved in… and don’t judge me for ignoring bloody carpet). Wow.
His price was fantastic too. You don’t see «fantastic» prices this millennia, but this guy knows what he is doing.
You property managers out there looking to get rich… Welcome to your go-​to guy. He will stretch the life of your slum rental’s carpet beyond your wildest dreams. You will start allowing multiple pets on all of your properties and switch all floors to carpet after seeing what this guy can do.
You poor owners of sick/​dying pets — bless your hearts… Focus on caring for your buddy and stop worrying about that carpet.
And to the owner of this business, I am sorry for sending you to the above places, but it is your fault for doing such a phenomenal job.
I despise the fool that doesn’t use this guy to clean his carpet.

Robert’s Carpet Cleaning is the best carpet service I have used. My carpets look amazing and Robert did a fantastic job. He is the nicest guy and his prices were very reasonable. He also came to my house when he said he would. I highly recommend his services, and I will continue to use only him.

Called him on a Monday, and set an appointment for that same Wednesday.
He showed up on time, and charged $ 180 for the 1,000 sq ft, 2 bedroom condo I have. That price was about $ 30-​$ 150 cheaper than other quotes I received. The job only took him about 2 hours. He did a good job, I would recommend to future customers. I will certainly use him again when I need the service.

This is the second time we have used Robert to clean our carpets. With a five year old, a fifteen year old, and a construction worker Dad, we are experts at messing up carpets. Both times we used Robert, he took great care of us. Left the carpets clean, but even better, showed up on time, and respected our home and belongings. When he left, he left nothing but cleaner carpets! Recommended him to my Dad, too, and he did a great job for him as well. Thanks, Robert!
