Same Day Restoration & Cleaning

Got 2 patches and a carpet cleaning today thanks to our 4 month old puppy. Mike and Phil totally exceeded our expectations and did a marvelous job! They were quick and the work is exceptional. You’d never be able to tell our dog ripped our carpet out to the wood after the guys finished up today. I would recommend this company and these gentleman to anyone looking for above par work at a low low price. Thanks guys!

Amazing job! They took out all the stains after not having cleaned my carpet for 5 years! I couldn’t believe it. And They cleaned my carpet on a Sunday on 2 days notice! Phil and Wil were fast & professional. They moved furniture around with No problem. I will use them every time!

Have had this company clean our fabric couch twice and we are so happy with the results. We have two little ones and get a ton of stains all over. Couldn’t believe how it looked brand new after they finished! Wish I took a before picture but the after really looks like we just had a new sectional delivered! We requested the same two guys that had come the first time I believe their names are Phil and Will. This company is extremely professional everyone is nice and experienced in what they do. They even called few days later to see how our experience went! We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

Was given time frame of 1 to.3pm. They said cleaner would call 30 min before arrival. Phil called just after one and showed up before 2pm. Was very nice. Looked at job gave us a quote and he started. Was very professional and nice. Did a great job with dog pee infested room. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for helping us so promptly and same day.

They come into your house with shoe covers! Not many companies do that. Great customer service. Even though they haven’t cleaned my carpet yet, but helped us identified where the odor came from, suggests us call the pest control. They were right there was a dead rat right underneath! Will definitely call them to make a carpet cleaning appointment next week!

so some rugs have a rubber backing to prevent slipping. i guess our summer was so hot that the rubber melted onto the tile. i called several different companies and these guys had the most reasonable price.
they were quick and efficient. one guy got down on his hands and knees to inspect the tile closely to make sure the tile was perfectly cleaned. i also asked them to shampoo the nursery.

Pacy is amazing! I have a rental unit that had water damage (definitely the dreaded call no landlord wants). He came out within an hour or two of me calling him and assessed and determined the problem. He helped me understand what happened and worked everyday until the mold was fully taken care of and passed clearance. He is full of knowledge and helpful in one of the hardest times of being a landlord. He would even answer my evening/​night time text messages and worked on weekends to get the problem solved in the fastest way possible. This type of work can be expensive, but I do feel like he was fair and cared for me as a client since my damage was unfortunately not covered under insurance. I took a chance going off Unilocal to find someone to help with my emergency and Pacy really came through!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! We had a major leak which destroyed our carpet, walls and ceiling. We called Same Day Restoration and they literally saved the day. Pacy, the owner, figured out where the leak was, called in a plumber to fix it and started the remediation process. Did I mention that this happened the night before Thanksgiving! Pacy arranged for mold and asbestos testing and started the drying process. He worked with the insurance company and referred us to a company who was able to put our home back together. Pacy and his brother were so easy to work with, respectful of our home, knowledgable and most importanly, honest. I highly recommend Same Day Restoration!

Wil and Phil came out to clean my balcony of a newly purchased condo in Downtown. The previous tenant left it in pretty bad shape and these guys did a great job cleaning the tiles and the concrete walls too. Thanks!

When I moved out of my house and got it ready to be rented out, I had planned to get my carpet replaced, it was in such bad condition. I have tried to tackle the carpet with steam cleaners and all kinds of cleaning solutions, but nothing helped. It just looked old and worn.
But I ran out of time and resorted to a professional cleaning. I expected the carpets to be looking «groomed», but I did not expect for all the stains and soil spots to come out. Man, was I in for a surprise! Phil and Will blew me away. My carpet looks like new! All the stains came out, all the heavy traffic wear and tear disappeared! I can’t believe I almost would have paid for replacing it. Once it was dry, I rolled around on the carpet, enjoying how clean it felt… Those guys are awesome!
The one thing I would make sure to ask is that they also clean the edges where the carpet meets the wall. But apart from that, it’s so worth the money!

I am way overdue in writing a review for this company. My daughter was moving into an on campus apartment in August but the carpet needed extra attention and we were pressed for time. They were outstanding. I called them, they came over the next day, on time, did a great job of cleaning the carpet and didn’t mind the apartment was on the second floor – they made it work. We were so pleased with their work. We highly recommend this company.

I could have had a better experience, but because Same Day has great customer service & follow through, I gave them 5 stars. Without going into too many details, they essentially botched the job (kind of…) In review before cleaning they missed that some of the parts of my rug were NOT wool, so those parts were yellowed in the process. An honest mistake. They offered to buy me the exact same rug or the amount of money the rug costs in the form of a check. I was amazed. Not many companies would do this; most companies would find a way to turn the issue into something that was my fault. Thanks, Same Day!

I’ve been living in the same apartment for 5 years and my carpet had previously only been vacuumed occasionally. So needless to say it wasn’t exactly clean. I was getting some new furniture delivered and decided while the apartment was partly empty and I was able to move stuff around, that I should have the carpets cleaned up and so the color would be more consistent across it. I originally was going to have just the living/​dining room areas done but there is a minimum of $ 200 for the service so we extended the cleaning to the rest of my apartment. Pacy and Sam came out and did an efficient and thorough job of cleaning all the carpeted areas. When they were done I was surprised that they pretty much got everything up. There was one traffic area that wasn’t perfect but it’s really hard to tell. The whole place looks great and I couldn’t be happier.

It’s no wonder they have so many 5 star reviews! Their customer service rocks!!! Not only does their customer service rock, but so does their cleaning service! They also had the best prices around and trust me, I looked! If you’re looking for great service, at a great price, this is your place!

I just moved but I was coming from an area where there was construction across the street from my unit for the last 2 years I was there. So much dust/​dirt found it’s way in our patio, unit and dog paws. Eventually after a year, our couch also saw the misfortunes of all that dust coming in. Our creamed hemp color couch was now part gray.
Now that I’ve moved, I was looking for a company to try and restore my Gus Modern couch. I spent a lot on this guy so I was willing to look for the best in hopes it could be restored. I had little faith to be honest but I figure might as well try before looking at other options (sell, donate, reupholster)…
I wasn’t looking for same day service but as I was Unilocaling couch cleaning services, these guys came up with near perfect reviews. I gave them a ring and they gave me a quote (steep for a couch clean to be honest but more on that later) and had me booked that day.
When the guys came, they were honest and asked if I had anything else that needed to be cleaned because they have a minimum of $ 200 for this job and the couch was small so they said they would have time for something else. I didn’t have anything else so what they did was upgrade my service to include the fabric/​fiber protection to it.
So all in all, I paid $ 250 which was quoted on the phone (extra $ 50 for a portable unit since I’m on the 3^rd floor) but the guys did extra work on the couch which was great. Because they guarantee their work, the price I think is justified, especially when I’m trying to save this couch.
After they were done, it was hard to really tell how much was salvaged because the couch was obviously wet so if there was any dirt left it would have blended in. He told me once it dries and it still looks dirty to give them a call.
I waited a few days to make sure it was absolutely dry. I noticed parts of the couch were back to new, I was like WHOA. But there were also parts of the couch that had some streaks of dirt still left, probably because it was hard to tell where to go over when it was wet.
I called and it was no problem setting up another appointment to re-​clean those areas free of charge (same day too). So this is where my $ 250 was going. Not just towards excellent service, but guaranteed cleaning too.
After the second cleaning this couch looks brand spanking new. I’m really freakin’ happy. I wish I took a before photo but to be honesty was pretty embarrassed to even take it lol.
This company is legit, efficient and worth the money. Will refer them to friends and family and will definitely use them again.

This company was very responsive and came out the same day. Pacy and Mike did a GREAT job on a 3 bedroom condo. Very happy and will certainly use them again.

Fast. 2 hours for 2 bed apt. Worked on sundays… Pictures posted they speak by themselves. Completely dried in 6 hours.

Wow — just wow! I had the pleasure of welcoming Phil and Sam from Same Day into my home earlier this week and I am still floored by the amazing job they did!
The high traffic family room in my home has a wonderful light carpet that needs some TLC from time to time… I have never seen the carpet look so good after a cleaning. It is bright and white and just makes the room look so much better! They explained the process thoroughly and encouraged me to look at it during the process — I really regret not taking before and after pictures to share!
They also cleaned the stair case and were able to make those look gorgeous as well! I cannot believe how bright and clean the carpet looks now.

Mike and Sam did a amazing job at our apartment. they explain every treatments used on the carpet. They work very hard and conducted everything in a professional matter.

I knew I needed genuine professionals who had experience with cleaning dirty carpets. So I jumped onto Unilocal and started reading reviews and looking at pics. I was actually in the process of looking at a different listing, when I read someone’s mention of Same Day Carpet Care and clicked over to see for myself.
Long story short, I loved seeing they had 100 reviews with a 5-​star average.
I called them. They were at my house a few houris later. They cleaned five areas in my house and the results were miraculous! We hadn’t had a professional cleaning in ages and it really makes the difference. They were even able to get the area by the kitchen clean — an impossible feat.

$ 400 for a small amount of work. $ 18 sqft for upholstery. 75 cents sqft area rug and. 45 sqft for carpet. $ 50 for portable equipment. I. just paid $ 400 for a little bit of work and I came home and scraped dried baby food from the couch that was just cleaned. We won’t ever come back here.

Had some trepidation dealing with a new company as I used a department store home service chain. My fears were groundless. The techs (Wil and Phil) called asking if it was okay to come earlier. They arrived in a few minutes.
Measured areas and gave estimate before proceeding — lower than phone estimate. Didn’t try to upsell, just listened to my concerns and made suggestions.
Set bumper guards and drop cloths in stair area. Worked extra hard to release soil and stubborn stain area.
