had a miscommunication with my water pipe purchase. Owner reached out to me and handled it, even let me keep my discount Unilocal offer for next time! Will keep going here from now on.

I went in yesterday in search of a vape I could use to phase out my Nasty cigarette habit. I worked with Mike the owner and he patiently gave me the big vape down low, what he recommended and how the little vape worked. Beacuse I am a fairly heavy smoker I purchased the highest level of nicotine ejuice and a one step down level too.
Mike set my little piece up, filled it with this liquid and out the door I went.
Once home I began to try and puff this little device. I choked.and choked.lol.but I really wanted to like it!.. juice got in my mouth,.me and vape were just not getting along. I called back that evening and Omar answered the phone. by then I was quite agitated and ready to dig my camels out of the trash! I can’t imagine I had any sweetness in my voice by this time. more like a help me or I am going to scream kind of tone. to say the least! Omar said to bring it back and he would see if there was a problem. then he replaced some little doohickey. .and suggested I don’t use the highest nicotine ejuice. so today I changed out the liquid and put the lower juice in it… low and behold I am now walking around like the smoking catapillar from Alice in Wonderland. happy and content. I will lower it again next week and then buy no nicotine the week after. I feel good about the product I purchased, and the service from both gentlemen yesterday.

Came in here last night looking for some new hookah flavor and the person working was extremely helpful and went over the top to help me find what I was looking for. Customer service is number one in my book so I’ll be returning. Good prices too!

This is the best smoke shop in all of San Diego. I love that they have such a variety of products and it’s my one stop shop for all of my wants and needs! Mike is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet and he’s so knowledgable on all the products you can definitely trust his opinion. Really love this place wouldn’t ever go anywhere else and p. s I drive out 25 min just to come here because I love it so much and the service is the best always!

Hands down best Smoke Shop in San Diego! Very clean shop and great selection on EVERYTHING (glass, hookahs, shisha, vape, e liquid) I picked up a Kanger subox kit and juice. Hunter was super helpful and knowledgable. Must check out if you live in San Diego, you’ll thank me later!

This place is great! They always have what I need from Hookah accessories to anything Vape. Guys are always cool and very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and a very wide selection.

When Unilocal doesn’t disappoint. All the 5 stars are justified. I can’t say enough about the selection and customer service. Both just top notch. The owner Mike took his time with me and gave me a great deal on a new rig. Glad that I gave this shop a chance. I will be back very shortly (today, actually).

Already wrote a review, but I should have said just how cool this guy was. Gave my best friend and I great deals on everything and made it a totally reasonable trip even though we were buying a bunch of expensive stuff. He was also very patient even though we took forever deciding on everything we wanted. So glad we came here! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The employee’s here are always helpful and friendly. They have a great variety of everything that they sell. This is my go-​to place for hookah tobacco, they have everything from starbuzz to al fakher and fumari.
