I contacted Steve after extensive searching through other Unilocal reviews. He came out to detail our 23 foot motorhome and did jus an outstanding job. The restored the finish to a level that we did not expect. There were areas that had been exposed to water underneath the cover where mildew developed and stained the finish. Steve was able to remove 99% of the stains and the motorhome looked fantastic! We sold the motorhome to someone who we had originally called to do work on the headliner! Never even had to advertise because the 1993 motorhome looked like it was new!
Today Steve just finished doing a full detail and «JetSeal» package on our son’s new Ford Focus Hatchback. I expected the car to look clean after the JetSeal but as it is a new car I didn’t expect much difference. Maybe this is why this guy is a professional auto detailer! The car looks amazing. The paint positively glows and is super slick. He also put a fabric treatment on the interior and did a full interior detail as well.
The long and short of it is that in both instances Steve has gone well beyond expectations and has delivered an excellent final product. Both vehicles have been cleaned, polished and brought to an unexpectedly high level of shine. Steve is very easy to work with, will give tips on how to maintain the car and is also very reasonably priced. We plan to have him out to work on our other cars as soon as we can.

I was blown away by the professionalism displayed by Steve and his team. The 2006 Lazy Daze RV never looked better! Thank you for taking your time and putting fourth the effort to make her shine. I can’t imagine a better car detailing service anywhere. If there were more stars, I would give them. Steve was so upbeat and professional and took spectacular care of my Westfalia Synchro van. I called around to all the top rated places (the one with the most reviews wanted to charge over $ 500 and have me drive the car to them for 8 hours, and then said my job sounded like too much trouble to do).
Then I called Toy King on the advice of my mechanic — what a difference!
Steve came right to my door, had a great attitude, was organized, honest and meticulous, charged a reasonable amount to do a very thorough job — my car is sparking and gleaming! He works on lots of high-​end cars, boats and planes, but does not scorn working on humbler vehicles. I was impressed that a guy who specializes in Teslas and Ferraris, boats and planes and military vehicles would come out to detail my 1990 WV, and seemed to give it every bit as much care.
I am sure I would get a much higher price now if I decided to sell my Vanagon — anyone would be impressed by how fresh and clean it looks. But now that it is so pristine, I may decide to keep it!

I have a ’05 Honda Accord that I am looking to sell, so I searched Unilocal looking for a mobile auto detailer. I called Toy King (Steve) and explained my situation. He said that he had a deal on cars that need some TLC to list for sale which was way less $ than any other detailers. Steve is awesome, super helpful and pleasant. He was excited about the car and made it look new top to bottom. He took just over three hours and hustled the whole time (which is a good thing). Seriously, the car looks better than when I bought it seven years ago. I didn’t even know how good this car could look. I was a crazy transformation. The resale of the car literally increased by a couple grand. Call Steve for sure, you will not be disappointed! This dude is a bad-​ass detailer.

Not sure what happened with Toy King… I previously left a 5 star review because their service used to be 5 star. I’ve been a client for a while and the service level has dropped off drastically.
I had a habit of calling for an appointment with only a few days notice and could never get in, so we agreed on a regular schedule to get our cars washed. The first weekend of our regular schedule, Steve never called or texted. When I text to ask what happened, he said it was supposed to be the following weekend. Weird, but I chalked it up to a misunderstanding. A few weeks later it rained in the morning so he said we had to reschedule. When I asked for a reschedule date, I got no response.
On yet another occasion I got an excuse for the van being in the shop. I figured ok, things happen, no problem we’ll reschedule again.
On this last occasion, I tried to get back on our regular schedule. The night before my appointment I got a text from Steve asking if we could move to a later time. If I had more notice, I could have probably made that work, but at 10pm the night before it’s hard to make adjustments. I said I couldn’t do the later time but was willing to only have one car cleaned instead of two to make it easier on him. Not only did I not get a response, but Steve never showed up for our original scheduled appointment either. I waited for an apology and a reschedule, but got nothing.
He’s mentioned once before that he didn’t get a text from me because he was cleaning boats at a marina all day. I guess my two cars aren’t worth the same as a contract cleaning boats all day at a marina. :(
I give two stars because when he actually does show up, the work is fantastic. Hire more people if you’re spreading yourself too thin

Great job shampooing my carpets and clearing the dust out of my 4Rummer after I spent 6 days in a dusty alkaline salt flat in Nevada. For anybody returning from Burning Man, this guy is awesome. My car hasn’t been this clean since it left the factory ten years ago. $ 80 for 2 hours of work, and was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

I’m not sure how to rate this company. I had my car washed at my home and they did a great job. Really nice guys, very friendly. He told me it was 30 bucks for the wash and I gave him 40. We set up a time for the following month because that was what I was looking for… someone to wash monthly and wax/​detail when needed. He even said he could get a paint match and touch up a couple of rock chips in the paint. But when the day came for the next appointment we set had up, he didn’t show. I figured maybe we got our dates or times mixed up. I called… a few times… sent an email… nothing. Never returned my calls. I have no idea what the problem was but if he didn’t want to do it he could at least have called and let me know. So… the wash was great but the professionalism left a lot to be desired.

Toy King did an excellent job. I used to detail cars myself and I was even impressed. Having them come to our home and not have to wait at a car wash was great. I had them detail my wife’s mini van that was a mess from the kids and my car that I just bought. Both turned out super.

Toy King is the bomb! I had him clean up my dumpy 10 year old cargo work van with oxidation all over the thing. Had faded hazy head light plastics, and some tired looking mirrors and bumpers. I was skeptical he would be able to get it to clean up. He quoted a VERY fair price which included a wax job… Low and behold I get home from running errands and the thing is beautiful!!! Needless to say I gave him a healthy tip for his work because he quoted a very reasonable price. Thanks Toy King. Now I can pull that van up in to my customers driveway’s without feeling embarrassed. That van looks sharp again.

Steve and his crew washed and waxed both my car and my husband’s plane. We were thrilled with the results! We took «before» and «after» pictures and the difference is huge. My car hasn’t looked this good since I purchased it and even the wheels that I’ve never liked are looking pretty good right now:-)
My husband’s plane has an old paint job and he has not been taking good care of it. It should be really easy to keep it clean now with the fresh coat of wax.
Steve also gave me tips on how to maintain my car which I really appreciated. Will be calling Steve again!

Affordable, professional, and punctual! Called steven on a Sunday, he called me back on Monday, and an hour later he was getting to work on my husbands SUV. The car was pretty close to trashed after my husband had loaned it to a friend. It honestly smelled and looked like a gang of homeless people had taken sanctuary in the SUV for months. Two hours later Steve had completely resurrected our car! Unfortunately the cigarette smell is still lingering, but that was a little expected! Thanks Steve!

Steven from Toy King Mobile Detailing runs a great operation, I had my brothers car detailed by him with the added workload to remove a glued on protector that should have been removed a long time ago, the result was a painstaking laborious job that took hours for him to do, he smiled all the way through it and wore out his knees and fingers in the process, but what an incredible end result, the car looked amazing and its the best detail I have ever seen, if you want a good honest hard working friendly fellow, then look no further, I promise you will not be disappointed. This is the best detail my car has ever received! It was a great price and the results were fabulous! I have owned my car for almost 6 years and have only received those car wash «details», so I decided to just pay a little extra to do the real deal and was highly impressed with the results. My car is now spotless inside and out. The stains from the seats are gone and my car feels new again! Steven is awesome and his customer service rocks. He detailed my car while I was at work, who could ask for more! I will recommend him to everyone I know and never detail my car anywhere else again! Thanks Steven.

Amazing! Steven made the time, with little notice and a desperate customer, to come out and completely detail our car so that we could put it up for sale. His care and attention to detail made my 2006 Prius look like a show car! His professionalism and work ethic are really impressive and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to refer him to any and everyone we know. Super convenient, efficient, and friendly service… this is a no brainer!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Steven. We had our car (2011 Ford Explorer) detailed a few weeks ago by Toy King Mobile detailing and I couldn’t be happier. Steven rocks! I met him and Josh at MCRD at a detailing class in June. I really enjoyed their vibe and passion for detailing cars. Steven detailed my cars before the July weekend at my home. They look great, inside and out — like new again — both a 1990 Nissan ZX and a 1995 Toyota Landcruiser, and they have never been detailed before. Steven was very helpful, answered all my questions, and is a great conversationalist too! Great prices as well. A bucket list item — get your cars detailed by Toy King Mobile Detailing!

Found these guys on Unilocal.They had great ratings. They did not disappoint. Had them do 4 cars in my driveway. Very professional. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable!!! I hired them to come back next month and do it again plus a wax job on my Merc. C300. I will continue to have them wash and detail my cars. Great bunch of guys!!!

My buddy got me a full auto detail for my birthday, probably because he was tired of riding in my dirty car.
Toy King is a mobile auto detail. I called him up, told him when I was available and where the car would be and the appointment was made. At the appointment time he showed up. I park in parking structure so there is no water supply but Steven has his own waterless cleaning system. After two hours he was done and called and I was shocked because my car hadn’t looked this good since I bought it 6 years ago. It shined. The wheels glistened. The leather felt soft again. Carpets were clean. Headlights and taillights were buffed out. He told me a million things that were detailed but these are the ones that I remember. Steven is a friendly guy. I’ll definitely call him if I ever sell my car because he makes it look new.
