George is very knowledgable about the San Francisco area real estate market and his customer service is top-​notch! He is not pushy, he listened to our needs and is very personable. George has represented us as buyers and sellers and he has always had our best interests in mind. As first time home buyers, he took the time to show us different neighborhoods so by the time we decided on a house we knew we found the right area where we wanted to live. He walked us through every step of the process and we were very pleased how our home purchase went. When it came time to sell our house, George went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we closed on time. He again walked us through every step of the process and got our house sold within a matter of days. If you’re lucky enough to have George as your realtor, you won’t be disappointed.
His interests include: biking, hanging out with his puppy, enjoying a good bottle of pinot, and painting.

We had been talking with George for sometime about selling our Oakland home. When the time finally came however, we were in the process of moving permanently to Portland. George not only came through for us, he moved mountains to ensure that our home was presented in a lovely and inviting manner. His communication was frequent and timely, and since we were coordinating all of this over the phone, that level of communication helped to set our minds at ease. He worked directly with the contractors: painting, flooring, carpentry and landscape. He coordinated all payments and even helped manage a final building inspection on our behalf.

What a GREAT REAL ESTATE AGENT. he worked hard to make sure we got our house and closed escrow as quickly as was possible. he keeps you in the loop of what is happening, and makes sure everything goes smoothly. we had a few complications with our purchase but he took care of them and it seemed like nothing. After selling our home in San Francisco our intention was to move to the less expensive areas outside of the City, but we weren’t sure where. We were referred to
George because of his expertise in the areas of northern San Mateo County, and we immediately took a liking to him. He worked with us for several weeks as we looked at house after house and he was always patient, encouraging and thorough. We relied on him for his informed opinion on the neighborhoods and the house construction, and his estimation of the property values was always spot on.
He wrote several offers for us, and was even able to sell one offer that was less than the competing bids.
