Rob is very knowledgeable and provides excellent prompt service! He helped me set up a back-​up system for my laptop. I dropped it off and a couple of days later, I was all set. I also needed help finding some lost files. I handed him 3 bare hard drives and he worked away to find what I needed. He also gave me advice on if I wanted to upgrade my system in the most inexpensive way. What I love about Rob is his willingness to help and he is very upfront about his costs and the services associated with them. He sets reasonable prices and he’s local too!

rob was referred to me by a good friend. i had just bought a new computer and needed someone to transfer data from the old one and set it up. he came over and while he had an hourly rate it took him longer than expected and he charged me less, very reasonable rates to begin with. i was so happy with his work i recommended him to do work for for our office. he came in and managed to make sense out of major mishmash of different computers and out dated software. the owners were and are extremely satisfied with his work. so much so that we have referred him to others. rob is patient with those who are practically computer illiterate, explains everything he is going to do, follows up to make sure things are working properly and responds immediately when a new problem pops up. bottom line is i cannot give him a high enough review, having used other techs in the past, he surpasses them all.
