We are a full service Property Management Company located in San Jose California.

We take pride in our ability to locate quality tenants, and retain those tenants by treating them how we would want to be treated.

We make ourselves available to not just the property owner but also the tenants who live on the property.

Often times tenants move after their lease is up due to problems with the Property Management Company and not the actual house they live in. When this happens the property owner loses money and the property itself sees excessive wear and tear due to many move-​ins and move-​outs.

We drive by all of our managed properties weekly to get a visual on how the tenants are treating the outside of your investment. We also do a thorough walk through inspection of the inside of the home twice a year.

We stay up to date on all California Laws for Property Managers, such as California’s Fair Housing Act. We never discriminate against any tenant but take every precaution when choosing the right tenants for your property. We always run a thorough background check that includes a credit score, as well as a minimum of three prior references. Many other factors are also taken into consideration to ensure the highest quality tenant.

History

Established in 2014.

Luke started working in the property management business when he was still in high school. He spent his summers working as a property maintenance apprentice. Vena was introduced to the property management business in 2009 after spending 15 years in a medical laboratory when she chose to join Luke as an assistant property manager. She loved the interaction with people and being able to use her problem solving skills. The variety of the job really appeals to her.

Luke and Vena quickly realized what a dynamic team they made and from then on starting planning and preparing to open their own Property Management Company.

Our desire is to stand out as exceptional Property Managers who truly care about the people we rent to and the houses we manage.

We both enjoy the variety that managing properties gives us in our work week. We also thrive on fixing problems that invariably come up from time to time.

We are a devoted married couple who find that working together strengthens our relationship and marriage. Some couples tell us the opposite is true for them, but it works well for us.

We take great pride in our business and our desire is to bring peace of mind to the property owner. You want to be free of any worry about your investment.

We realize the importance of proper maintenance to the property and that it helps to retain tenants longer when their requests are answered quickly. No one likes living with a broken toilet or refrigerator for days. Situations like that make the tenant eager to move.

We truly enjoy working in the property management business and the challenges that it brings. We know it is a great responsibility but for us it is also a joy to be able to assist our tenants with any concerns or maintenance issues that come up. Thereby making their rented house a comfortable home that they want to stay at year after year.
