History

Established in 1999.

Todd is co-​author of the book Mortgage Made Easy a guide to today’s complex and sometimes confusing mortgage market. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Todd has been a residential loan specialist since 1999, following a 14 year career in non-​profit management. His active involvement in the community reflects the importance that Todd places on quality of life.

He has served a number of local organizations in leadership capacities including President of the Financial Planning Forum, President of the Milpitas Rotary Club, Treasurer of Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley and the Board of Directors of the Milpitas Food Pantry.

Todd’s primary goal is to help you find the best financing at the lowest rate with the least hassle. You can count on him to serve your best interest.

His observations of the mortgage industry during the Sub-​Prime era provided the motivation to author the book, «Mortgages Made Easy: A Guide To Understanding Today’s Complex and Sometimes Confusing Mortgage Market». The book provides practical advice if you’re considering a mortgage and arms you with important questions to ask during the process.

Todd has a B.S. from Arizona State University, in his home-​town of Tempe, AZ. A master trouble shooter and problem solver, he manages the intricacies of your loan to ensure a smooth closing.

Away from the office he enjoys the outdoors, camping and can be spotted riding ATV’s at Pismo Beach. Woodworking, in addition to tackling home improvement projects provides a creative outlet Todd.
