These guys are amazing. Our floors turned out better than I knew possible. The work is absolutely perfect. We got wood floors throughout our house. Everything lines up and looks pleasing to the eye, and they added new baseboard trim. These guys even took the time to help us move furniture in and out during installation. They finished in less than a week with the El Niño rain! Okay I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Ask for Paul & Alex there the best.

My fiancé and I just bought property with an attached studio apartment, and decided to renovate the studio so we could maximize its income potential. We came in before we were able to purchase because we were waiting on the property to close. Mike and Michelle helped us create a kitchen layout and allowed us to take samples home with us. When we were ready to buy, we came back into the store around a month later and Michelle remembered who we were and even remembered the details of some small talk from our last visit.
We purchased cabinets, floors and granite from them at a fraction of the prices of other stores. We installed everything ourselves but the granite, which Mike arranged at the lowest price I was quoted anywhere. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and would always answer any questions we had. He even stopped by a few times to see how things were going and to offer help.
You can’t go wrong with factory direct, and next time we do a project we will make sure to give them a call.
