by far the most pleasant experience i had in this car delearship. i purchased my 2010 kia soul by a guy name miguel chaparro he provide an outstanding customer service and most of all he treat it me like family. he is very detailed oriented. he explained me every single detail about the contract i signed. i give this place a 5 star and really recommend the sales men miguel chaparro (714)587−0378 and what i love the most is this is his direct line!!!

We bought a 2012 kia sorrento recently and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the high quality of customer service that we received from Ali (the owner) and Hassan. Not only were they efficient (with paperwork and time), honest and knowledgeable but just plain friendly and cared about our happiness from beginning to end. They only work with lenders who don’t do compound interest loans because they care about their customers and they were open on Sunday! Was worth the 2 hour each way drive we made from Ventura county to make sure we got a great car at a great price from an honest dealership.

This was by far one of the most honest and straightforward car dealerships I have ever been to. I didn’t feel pressured at any time and they let me take my time when checking out the car I was interested in.
They were very understanding and worked with me the best they could. I did not end up getting a car here because my bank didn’t approve me loan, but that was not the fault of US Toyota. They do offer financing, but I did not personally want to get my financing through a dealership.
I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family who are thinking of buying a car!

I brought my mom in because she was looking to buy a car and I’ve had a wonderful experience with them in the past. They were able to find a finance company with a reasonable rate despite the bankruptcy and repossession history. They also had a wide array of models to choose from. As always, the car came with 3 month warranty so we left happy and with peace of mind.

I have bad credit, REALLY bad credit. Ali went above and beyond to help me get back on track and I took home a great truck 2008 Chevy Silverado, and I’m in love with the car. Many other places played games with prices and financing, here none of that, prices are shown on the sticker, and they provide many different options for buying a car. Had the car for 4 months and had no problems.

Worst dealer shop ive gone to they didnt let me test drive the vehicle plus they also messed up the price and the mileage… Wouldnt recommend going there also the manager is very rude once you need help with fixing a car they sold to you they make you pay for the poor quality vehicle they sold…
