All Day Towing

I had the pleasure of almost being rear ended and then pushed off the road by these ass clowns! As you can see by their other reviews they are unprofessional well they drive that way as well! I called the WSP as well as WSP commercial vehicle enforcement as there was no excuse for their drivers driving. I was on 520 with a almost empty highway when their driver came flying up on my tail when I had to slow for the curve to get on 405 their driver was not responsive and almost rearended me. Then once we got on 405 I was in the carpool lane when the same driver just decided to join me in the carpool lane! I had to go 80 to check up to get the name of this reckless company. My friend following me thought he was going to kill me twice.

What a total joke of a company. I was referred to them by my insurance companies Emergency Roadside Assistance. Told it would take about 1 hour. 3 hours later a young guy shows up and doesn’t «know» how he is going to tow my truck so he leaves after telling me to call a different company.

My car broke down on the side of the highway after overheating. I was referred to All Day Towing through my insurance company after needing roadside assistance. At first the process seemed easy and had an ETA within the hour. After they did not show up, I called the company to see when they would arrive, and the owner informed me it would be at least another 30 – 45 min because of an accident. When I called state patrol to report my car on the side of the freeway, the operator informed me there was no accident and to call the tow truck company back. When I did, the owner was rude and told me there was an accident and it would still be another 30 – 45 min. The tow truck did come 3 hours later, after I had to go unsafely move my car off the side of the freeway so it didn’t get towed by another party. When it finally arrived the driver, David, was very friendly and helpful about where to take my it. Overall, I would not use this company again, but would recommend David to tow any day!

WARNING PET OWNERS: our car breaks down on the freeway with the temperatures reaching over 90. Call our road side assistance from Kia that happens to be all day towing (this time, it ranges!) We told them we had a large breed dog with a kennel in our car. After waiting 2 hours on the side of the freeway we get a call that they will have to cancel the towing because, exact quote from driver with truck number tow5314−8 that he «didn’t read his notes so he can’t help us.» My fiancé said it is not her fault he didn’t read his notes to proceed with the tow, and of we had to walk off the free to keep the dog safe and wait for a taxi we would. He then proceeded to have us place our dog back in her kennel on top of the tow truck because we «didn’t have any other option». Even though the cab of his truck was big enough for us. He proceeded to get on the phone to one of his buddies laughing talking about how he hates dogs and Shepard had attacked him before so that’s why he had is place her in the back of the non conditioned cab. NEGATIVE STARS. FUCK YOU FOR YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICES. IVE NEVER BEEN SO ANGRY WITH SUCH AN UNEDUCATED ARROGANT JERK.

I would give them ZERO star or even NEGATIVE star if I could.
My car’s engine won’t start and was stuck outside a campus building at a pick up zone. Called dealership’s roadside assistance and they arranged towing with All Day Towing. Promised to come within an hour as I said I was in a safe area.
1 hour and 15 minutes after I got an automated voice message saying the tow truck will arrive in 15 minutes. Liar! We waited for almost 2 hours and called All Day towing directly, got yelled at by the operator saying they allow 2 hours and the truck is running in late, hung up on me after I said okay…
half hour later I received an automated call again saying the order should have been completed and asked for my feedback. And my credit card was already charged for the towing fee WTF?!
I called roadside assistance and was waiting to get a live person for over 20 minutes. They said the truck was running in late because of some sort of delay and should be there in another 20 minutes.
I was stuck, couldn’t go anywhere because I couldn’t leave my car in that spot without someone watching.
Total wait was almost 4 hours. Truck finally came. The driver said he called me but couldn’t reach me. End up I figured his company gave him a wrong number. F them! The driver was nice and professional though. That’s why he deserves 1 star. All Day towing deserve negative star because of their rude and unreliable service!

Worst towing company ever! I had them tow my car cuz it was disabled and they messed up my transmission and scratch my car they are so unprofessional and they don’t give a damn about your car all they care about is making money this place is a scam and should be shut down. Also not to mention my subwoofer and very expensive Car Audio Electronics were missing and of course no one knows where they went. a police report will be filed with the BPD

From my experience, the only honest thing about them is their name, because you will definitely be waiting All Day. Case in point: we just called and canceled after a four hour wait. Two hours in they claimed we had canceled our request, a manifest lie, as they were talking to the only people who would have done such a thing. We finally left key under the mat and went home, then waited another two hours, called again, and were getting another run-​around when we gave up and actually did cancel.
These jokers, as has been abundantly demonstrated, are not people you want to do business with. But why is All State Insurance contracting with them? Are there kickbacks involved? Is All State cutting corners by contracting with them? Shocking that a seemingly legit insurer would do business with a racket like All Day Towing.

The name of the company says it all… All Day Towing because it takes all day to get a tow truck. Literally took them about 2 ½hr to get to me when they originally said 1 ½hr, which I thought was long anyway, and then tried to lie and say there was an accident on the road with terrible traffic. In the end they never came.

I would never, in a million years, recommend anyone use All Day Towing.
My car got a flat tire last night around 6pm, I pulled over and parked on the corner of two well known streets downtown Seattle. I called Toyota 24 hour roadside assistance and they contacted someone at All Day Towing to come out and fix my flat. It was dark, raining and a somewhat busy road so I didn’t feel comfortable fixing it myself. All Day Towing was supposed to be there in less than an hour. 4 hours and about 10 phone calls later, and no one had showed up.
At one point I get a call from Toyota telling me that they were on the phone with the All Day Dispatcher and they said that the service person was looking for me and asked I confirm my location, which I did. I was interrupted during that conversation by a call from the service person who told me that he was currently fixing someone else’s tire and he would be there after he was finished «in 20 minutes or so.»
At that point, I ended up getting someone else out there to help me change my tire. When they arrived I called Toyota and asked them to cancel w/​All Day Towing. I held on the phone while the Toyota representative called and cancelled. About 40 minutes later I get a call from the All Day Towing service saying that they were at the cross street I was parked on looking for me. They were not. I told them that I had got someone else to come fix my tire. He responded with a «what the fuck?» and I told him that I had been waiting over hours for him to show up so I called someone else. He hung up on me.
All Day Towing has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Additionally, I feel they endangered by safety on many levels as they left me alone, in the dark, for hours without help, and the service person seemed sketchy and rude. I’m honestly a little relieved I didn’t have to deal with him in person, alone, in the dark. I am making a complaint to Toyota to ask them not to ever use this company again.

My car stopped in the middle of the highway and I was routed to them via AllState and Goodyear respectively. They kept me waiting over 4 hours. When I called a few times to check on the status and accidentally dropped the call, the dispatcher called me back to yell at me and threaten to cancel my service. Plus they gave the wrong direction to the driver despite my confirming my location multiple times. The driver, when he finally arrived, was super nice, so two stars instead of one.

If anyone is wondering, it’s approximately a year and a half later and I’m still waiting on this supposed follow-​up call. I guess they should be called All Decade Towing?

Told me it would be a 1 hour wait which ended up being 3 hours. I was stuck on 520 with a dead car which was extremely dangerous. They lied to me as to why it was taking so long, claiming drove a regular tow truck to my car and saw my car needed a «flat bed» truck instead. They claimed they had to go back to base and get a «flat bed» truck. However the tow truck they sent was NOT a «flat bed» truck but a regular one.
No matter what don’t use this tow service.

I give this company ZERO stars ( Unilocal forces you to pick at least 1 star)! They are absolutely HORRIBLE! Mohammed called me on my phone and yelled and barrated me because I wasn’t at my car (which they knew I wouldn’t be). He yelled at me for not answering my phone and not calling them back right away, even though they never left a message on my voicemail, so I had no idea they were trying to get a hold of me. Once I got to my car, «Moe» (states he’s not Mohammed) I voiced my frustration and instead of hearing me out, he got in his truck and left me there. It was horrible! This company is the worst nightmare ever! I BEG all of you to boycott this company. I have not read one positive review on this company, they treat everyone so bad and they don’t even have a manager available to talk to unless per another customer service person, you call at 8:00am. That seems a little hinky if you ask me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible experience. I waited over 4 hours this morning for a tow truck and it never showed up. Then, after losing 4 hours of work, I scheduled one for 4:30 — 5:00, and they decided to show up at 3:20, when the driver who wasn’t respectful at all, tried to convince me to leave work so he could tow my car. The dispatcher also was very condescending when she called me. I wish I could give this company 0 starts. I specifically told my insurance company never to send me their help again and will probably even switch insurance companies because of them.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience.
Encourage all of you reading this and needing a Tow to move on to the next company.
Go stuck on 405 and called this company @ 7:45am. Truck did not arrive until after 9:15am. (said they got lost finding me)
Driver and new trainee diabled the Driveline on my Stepvan and took about 40 minutes. The new Trainee was under the van while the Driver was coaching him.
Arrived at my destination at 10:20am.
So about 20 minutes after hook up was the drive time.
Moe had told me on the phone before he sent his driver. $ 175 per hour.
so at the end of it he charged me 2.5 hours totalling $ 383.25 incl tax.
* My mechanic met me at the destination and told me that they damaged the driveline taking it off and needed to be replaced!!!
* Moe explained the charges of 2.5 hours as the time he left from the yard to the time dropping me off. (ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU GOT LOST FINDING ME ON 405 IN FRONT OF EXIT 17, AND NOT MY FAULT YOUR NEW HIRE TOOK 40 MIN TAKING OFF A PART HE HAD NO EXPERIENCE TAKING OFF AND BREAKING IT!!!)

These people are psychos! I mean, I think this people are very dangerous and shady!
I was stranded at my work after my car did not start and I called my Roadside Assistance Insurance Company. When I called them back and got the automated message with their number, the guy answered the phone, «Hi (my name) «, instead of the company name and his name. it was very weird and Shady.
Then, he says he will call me back in a «couple» of minutes. Fifteen minutes go by. Nothing. So I call him back. Then he answers and says, My name– What do you want?»
And I said I needed help and I did not feel comfortable that he would not give me his company name and information. He started yelling that he did not like my attitude. What? For asking his name and company name? And so I asked him again and he finally said All Day Towing. Then he starts screaming and says he is going to cancel the order and leave me stranded, like he knows that I am vulnerable woman and that he is going to take full advantage of that. It is devastating to be treated like that.
I hung up and called my company back, then discovered I had AAA and called them and cancelled my order. I am waiting for AAA as we speak, but on principle, I will NEVER go through my Insurance company again for towing and a company that is this crazy.
Still don’t know the guy’s name, but if you were that psychotic, would you want people to know your name?

If you can possibly help it, make certain to never do business with All Day Towing. My car was broken down in a lot, and they were dispatched to pick us up within the next hour and 15 minutes. They didn’t show; when we called to see what happened, the driver lied and told dispatch that he had gotten to our car’s location we were not there, so he called spoke with us, we said we’d be there in 10 minutes, but when no one showed, the driver left. (someone was there the entire time)
So they were to come within 30 minutes. The driver called, but was at the wrong location. He did manage to call that time, and got the correct directions. When he arrived 30 minutes later (now at 2.5 hours) at the parking lot, he just drove through the top of the lot, not stopping, and not looking for the car (there were only about 15 cars in the lot at the hour that he finally came), or the person waving frantically to get his attention.
When he called us back (the call as he was leaving the parking lot went directly to voicemail) He said, «I am on my way to another job. If you want to wait another 30 minutes, I’ll come back.» Then to make matters worse: when we called dispatch to see if they’d send another company out, the ticket was shown as «closed out due to pick-​up complete» That’s FRAUD!!! Fortunately, we were able to get the matter resolved so that our company was not double-​billed.
Speaking with the owner was not helpful. Not only did he constantly talk over me (although he did stop when I asked him to), he defended his driver, and said his driver went to the right location, so the «miscommunication» was our problem.
So much for their purported adherence to the values of

They will leave a 4×4″ no parking warning sticker on your car that won’t come off in one piece. (Even if your car is parked at your place of work.) Great work guys, and next time, a flyer will do.

Do not do business with these people! They are in this business to take $ from others in ridiculous amounts. When asked how much something costs, the guy laughed as he said it like I was dumb for thinking it would be less. We are talking about hundreds of dollars more than other places. They know if you’re in a bind they can charge it. You don’t feel so hot when you drive off hundreds of dollars poorer while they drive away in their Mercedes with the shiniest rims possible. The guy told me to hurry along so he could go home. I wish I would have told him what I was thinking. So frustrating! Obviously if I’m in a bind, I want to go home too!
