We used Amy’s Limousine Service for a group of 18 kids to go to Prom. We were not concerned about drinking at all, but thought putting 18 kids in a limo was safer than 18 kids on the road. They had a fantastic time driving all around the east side and into Seattle for their festivities. Working with Amy was simply fantastic. She was SOOOOO easy to work with, easy to talk to, easy to set up the plan of where to go. She was concerned about all details, if the limos could make it into particular driveways. Drivers were perfectly on time, professional. Prices were very competitive. Thanks for a fantastic night!

Last May, I hired Amy’s Limo to celebrate my husbands 60^th birthday. It was prom season, so I understand them being busy. I was promised a Cadillac Escalade. Of course, the day of, I was let know the Escalade was «broken», so I got the «upgrade» to a Hummer. Not what I wanted but stuck with it. I was promised that after dinner we would get a tour around Seattle. Didn’t happen. Driver took us straight home. EIGHT months later, I get and email from them saying that I never paid the balance due. My card was charged the day of the trip EIGHT MONTHS AGO!!! What kind of bookkeeping do they have??? The night of the trip my friends all gave the driver cash for an additional tip, a lot of cash… and this place is hitting me up for more money!
Don’t use them.

I was about to lose hope of finding an affordable limo service for my holiday party, when I contacted Amy’s. She quoted me a fantastic price for a two hour limo ride on a Saturday night in December. On the night of the party, the driver arrived early and was a complete gentleman, helpful, attentive, and accommodating. Everything one would hope a limo driver would be. Despite a few delays in e-​mail responses, I couldn’t be more pleased with how the experience turned out and will be calling Amy’s first the next time I need a limo rental.

Terrible experience. Driver did not show up. Left my wife and I on the curb on our wedding night. Terrible customer service, attempted to blame me… On my wedding night. They claimed we gave them the incorrect address. I copy and pasted a screen shot proving them otherwise. No apology or response after that. Poorly run company that does not communicate to its staff or clients. Be warned, is all I’m saying. Shop around for a limo service for your special day. You don’t want to be disappointed, I know I was.

Worst night ever. I get that most where drunk, but still not everyone was. We got charged for things we had no need to get charged for. They arrived late, because they where arguing with us because they couldn’t give us the limo they promised. At that point, it should have been a red flag, but we where all looking forward for this night. When we tried calling them about the extra money they took out of our account they ignored our calls. Now this was a couple years ago, so I don’t know if things have changed. Just be VERY careful if you do choose to go through these people. I would hate for this to happen to someone else!

Wow — I was so disappointed especially given the 4.5 rating with 35+ reviews.
I should have known from the mediocre interaction on the phone when I reserved.
The driver arrived early — that was good. But other than that he was not good with knowing directions, the best way to get places, etc. He took routes that were just not smart given our planned stops.
And the car was not in great shape — just okay.
I guess I expected more — we wouldn’t rent from these guys again.

Very easy and friendly service from time of booking until time of service! The pricing is very straight forward and no hidden last minute fees. The driver was very friendly and prompt. Used their service for my wedding and would definitely use in the future for other events.

Fresh from a night of mischief and mayhem, I must attest to the excellence that is Amy’s Limousine service! They have always been kind and attentive. I must’ve changed my mind on pick up times/​location/​blah blah blah 10 times! They were always patient and flexible. Thanks for being on time too. Zach was great! I loved his super non judgmental attitude and driving skill prowess. I’m sure a bunch of drunk girls aren’t easy to deal with, so kudos to you Zach for being awesome! There was a misunderstanding with the company, but they did a complete service recovery and everything was fixed

I’ve had the pleasure of using Amy’s Limousine Service on multiple occasions and can confidently say this car service goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of.
During a trip that turned disastrous, Amy was there to assist at every step of the way. She remained in close contact during the whole ordeal and went out of her way to contact multiple parties including airlines, airports and ferries and provided extremely helpful information. I have never had this level of service from any other car service company out there and believe me, I use multiple car services all over the country throughout the year.
If you are looking for a professional, reliable company that provides unmatched customer service, Amy’s is the place to go.

So hard to pick a good service and Amy’s Limo was awesome. First of all, totally reasonably priced. Completely professional, reliable, nice and clean. Everything was easy. Micheal was our driver and he was all about making sure we were happy and it could not have been a better experience. Highly recommend!!!

We rented a Lincoln Towncar to take us to and from our house to the airport. There were 3 of us and 3 large luggage bags and we had just enough room. They accommodated us when we requested to make an additional stop on the way to drop off our pet at our sitter’s house. We had no problem arranging this with Amy’s when we made our reservation which was appreciated — it made our morning and coordination much easier and less stressful.
The driver was early each time and very friendly. The car was clean. I have no complaints and would definitely hire Amy’s again.

Amy’s Limo was hired to provide a Cadillac Escalade for my son’s 21^st birthday to take a group down to the Seattle bars for a night of fun. We reserved the limo a couple months in advance with a required deposit. We spoke with Amy’s Limo the day before the event to pay the balance due and confirm we were set for Friday night from 8 pm to 3 am.
The night started off with my son calling and asking where the limo was at 8:10 pm.
I called Amy’s and spoke with Zach the manager. Zach was very nice but did not know why the limo was not there and had to call the driver to see what was going on.
When Zach called back he was frantic and apologized profusely, promised a full refund and said that there was a mix up by the driver and he thought the event wasn’t until the following day. (All of my paperwork and confirmations had the correct date and time). Zach then spent some time trying to get a driver/​limo out to pick up the boys and, to make a long story short, a party bus (not a stretch escalade) was sent out and the boys were picked up just before 10 pm. We were also assured that since they were 2 hours late for the pick up that they could keep the party bus for an additional 2 hours.
Now given that Zach did everything he could to make sure the group was able to make it into Seattle for some fun and that I was promised a full refund, I figured that was fine.
But upon speaking to my son the following day I discovered that the bad situation was actually made worse by their experience with the party bus and its driver. To start off, the bus was not clean and looked to have come from a previous party. The ride down for the most part went fine but when they were dropped off at their first location at 11:15 the driver informed them that he needed to go switch the party bus for a smaller one. He left the group at the bar and was gone for an hour and a half. When the driver returned he saw a few of the group members outside and informed them that it was time to go and if everyone wasn’t on the bus he would leave them there. So the group hurried out and was taken to the 2^nd bar of the evening. Once again when the driver saw a couple of the group members outside at last call (not closing) he told them it was time to go or he would leave them. The group had one more destination they wanted to go to which was a waterfront park and they were able to have a bit of fun there before it was time to head for home.
Now you would think that really nothing else could go wrong from here, but that was not the case. On the way home they needed to swing off the freeway 2 times to drop off people. Each location was only a 10 minute delay. But the driver wanted to drop both of the people off at one location. After arguing with the driver that he needed to stop at both locations the driver refused and said if you don’t get off here I am taking back to the original location which was much further. So they both got of there and dealt with it.
That brings us to a close of the party bus experience as the rest of the group was returned to the original location at 3:30 am which was well before the extended time that Zach had told us they could have.
Now you would think that after all of this Zach was true to his word and gave us a full refund, but I was informed when I called Zach on Tuesday after I had not heard from Amy who was supposed to call me over the weekend. That Amy had decided that we will not be getting a full refund and she will refund $ 790 and keep $ 500 for her expenses. Zach also said that Amy was on vacation and would give me a call on Thursday when she returned from her vacation to discuss the awful service we received and to provide an explanation on why she has decided that a full refund is not happening.
Well today is Friday and I did receive the refund of $ 790 but no call from Amy.
Now as I have written this I ask myself… do I really feel that I should get a full refund and really… I don’t know. I did not ask for a full refund or anything but was told repeatedly by Zach during the heat of the moment on Friday night and on a follow up call on Saturday when I reported the awful bus and driver «don’t worry we will give you a full refund». Should Amy adhere to what her manager promises… Probably

I only rent limos for the kid’s birthdays who are 9 and 12. It was great to be able to dump 18 kids in a stretch escalade and have the service take them to their party and back. It saved on the parents having to coordinate. they provide free glasses and ice so you can bring your own drinks etc. no food. I really don’t have much else to compare with but the cars are relatively new and the drivers have been very accommodating. I really haven’t bothered to look elsewhere as the prices have been fair and the service good

My wife scheduled Amys limo to pick us up for our wedding night to take us from the venue to our hotel. We made and paid for our reservation, and Amy said our limo would be there 20 minutes before our send off.
I became a little nervous when Amy texted my wife 2 days before our wedding asking us what day it was again, but based on the positive Unilocal reviews I decided to keep the reservation.
My wife planned a send off for us with everyone holding sparklers as we made our way to the limo and she had been really excited for it, and bought special sparklers for our guests. The limo never showed up, but the worst part was no one even bothered to call us to say they couldn’t make it. We had to call Amys limo to see what was going on and there answer was «oh something happened.» They offered to send another one that would have arrived 45 minutes after everything was broken down and everyone was gone.
We didn’t feel like waiting by ourselves in an empty parking so we told Amy not to bother, and we ended up just getting a ride from one of the bridesmaid’s. My wife was so excited for the big finale of our sparkler send off to a limo and that was ruined. Weddings are incredibly important and special to the people involved and if a company takes on the responsibility to be a part of that experience they should make it more of a priority.

Amy went above and beyond for a small family dinner to honor my mom’s 70^th birthday. I contacted her during the busy Prom season and she graciously provided us with two limos for a simple round trip dinner service.

I am in a long distance relationship with my girlfriend and she was flying in for Valentine’s Day weekend last night. I wanted to do something special for her to show her I care. I called Amy’s limo service and spoke to Amy who was very professional and helpful in planning a perfect night out. Her service and drivers are professional and top of the line!
Definitely will use them again, possibly just to go to the airport!
This is the only limo service I could imagine using in the Seattle area.

We used Amy’s for our wedding and they were fantastic! Amy is responsive, professional and I have been recommending her and her company for years. We recently hired them for an anniversary dinner and my daughter loved the 8 seat limo too. The driver was there to pick us up after dinner at RN74 (you know how tough the area is for parking if you’ve eaten there!) and took us to Kerry Park afterwards too.

We got married in the Space Needle and were staying in a hotel less than a mile away. Our reception was also at the Space Needle, so it was just the two of us who needed a ride. We didn’t want to rent a stretch limo for the five minute ride, so we just used a Town Car.
It was exactly what we wanted. Amy picked us up herself. She was professional but pleasant. Made conversation, but wasn’t overbearing. She was reliable, and the price was very reasonable.
I have nothing but good things to say about the company.

We were very happy with our service from Amy’s limo last Sat. Amy was our driver and knew great places to go for pictures. She took us on a 2hour tour of Seattle with fun stops in Queen Anne, Troll under the Freemont bridge, around lake Union, the Space Needle. We surprised my friend for her 40^th bday and Amy was great about texting eta times. Limo was huge and clean. We will use her again when in Seattle. Great service.
