I called Beacon Hill Glass in order to fix a window on our house. They showed up on time to do the estimate, looked at the window, and had the estimate ready in less than 24 hours. We then set up a time for them to do the repair. They showed up exactly on time, quickly did a flawless repair, and cleaned up all the broken glass from the previously broken window.
I will call Beacon Hill Glass again, should the need arise.

I inherited some Milgard windows in a recent home purchase, and was lucky to find this outfit. Great customer service, quick to follow up and get an accurate estimate, and great installers who do an excellent job at very competitive pricing! If you are suffering the failures of Milgard windows, this company is your best bet. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I wish I could give negative stars. After reading all of the great reviews on this site I reached out to Beacon Hill Glass on December 2nd to give me a quote on a large window with a broken seal.
The tech came out on Dec 9th and told me that all three of my windows were failed and he said he would take measurements of all three and work up a quote for each window so that I could figure out how many I could afford to replace at this time.
Cut to 12⁄20 when I had to send a message because I never received a quote. I finally get the quote on 1/​5, but only one window is quoted. I promptly inquire about the other two windows and again receive no email response. When I email back, the owner replies that they can’t keep up with phone calls emails and texts and are having many problems with their communications with techs and that they are going to pass on my job. SERIOUSLY?!?
I wanted everyone to know that the customer service and professionalism of this company has slipped. I’m an extremely busy professional and I’m so frustrated that I now have to take more time off work to get another quote.

I contacted Beacon Hill Glass on a recommendation from a friend. After doing a bid and ordering a window, when they came to my home for the installation they found that the window in question did not need replacement after all. Not only did they not charge me for the window they’d ordered, they refused to accept payment for the time spent assessing the situation. Both workers were kind and professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

The team from Beacon Hill Glass who came to fix out glass door were outstanding! They called to let me know they were on their way to our house, arrived early, were polite, friendly, took their boots off to keep our floors clean, did a great job installing the glass, & cleaned up well when they were done.

Our house was broken into recently. The thief got into the house by smashing in a basement window. I called a few glass/​window companies to see how quickly I could get the window replaced. Beacon hill glass was the only company that was willing to send someone out that day. Everyone who I dealt with at Beacon Hill glass was professional, courteous, and on time. The installers who came over cleaned up the job site well and answered all my questions. Even those that weren’t directly related to the job-​on-​hand. Beacon Hill Glass gets my definite recommendation.

Recently used Beacon Hill Glass to completely replace all the windows in our two story house to upgrade to more energy efficient widows.
I give them my highest, outstanding endorsement.
Beacon Hill Glass was one of several companies we had come give us bids. Their presentation was no pressure, straight forward and professional. Their bid totally reasonable. Once we made our decision, all work and appointments were right on schedule and the whole project came together beautifully.
We are extremely pleased with the quality of the windows (which come with a lifetime warranty),
the craftsmanship of the work and the crew that did the work. The crew was courteous, considerate, polite and clean. They took off their shoes every time they entered the house! (We don’t even do that). They were very considerate of the fact that my wife works out of the house and her workspace was being displaced by the work. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Furniture and valued possessions were covered for protection and everything restored at the end of the workday.
The widows look great and the improved sound and thermal insulation are already apparent.
The whole project came together like clockwork right on schedule. Moses and his crew were amazing!

Prince, Jay and Bobby came out today to do an install of two vinyl single hung windows in our 1911 home and a replacement of a BB shot single pane in my sun porch. Prompt clean and professional are what I’ve experienced today. Bidding process was efficient and economical. Used Unilocal to identify local window companies in lieu of Angie’s List and am satisfied with the quality of the companies represented, though one company did not «call back» as their auto-​reply e-​mail indicated. Have a reglazing job to do this year and will use Beacon Hill Glass to do this «time and material» job in advance of painting project. Thank You Moses and company!

I called Moses at Beacon Hill last Thursday, and got his voice mail. As per his instructions, I left a detailed message about replacing four panels in our sliding glass door. Gave him the approx. size, type (more expensive style because of direct sun exposure) my full name and contact number, again, as per his voice mail instructions. In spite of the many rave reviews, he DID NOT call back. If this is the customer service everyone is talking about, then I wonder who is writing these reviews. I would NOT give they any business now or in the future. We are going to need to replace three additional windows but wanted to see how they performed on this project before moving to additional work. I would have rated «0» stars if possible.

Had 6 windows installed today by Beacon Glass. What a great job Moses and his team did. They were super professional, efficient, and best of all super clean. It was like they were never there. They even showed up 30 minutes early.
From the first time I contacted Beacon hill glass Moses was very professional and extremely easy to work with. Moses also helped to accommodate me earlier than my original schedule service appointment which helped with my remodel.
I bid this job out to several different local window shops, and his bid came in way under the rest of his competition by several hundreds of dollars.

I called for an estimate on Wednesday morning, and had one by that evening. Everyone was professional, quick, and so incredibly nice. The quotes I received were also a bit cheaper than the «other guys». No complaints.
Installation went fantastic. They were running a few minutes behind on arrival, and called to let me know (I was actually surprised to get that courtesy call). The guys were very careful not to damage any of the trim as they took out the old glass, and the new glass went in perfectly. And, they were patient with the chaos at my house while they installed. (4 kids, lots of noise, balls being kicked at them, us all running through their workspace… bonus points!)
I couldn’t be happier!

I had someone break the outer pane of a double pane front window a couple of weeks ago. I was home with my baby and husband on a Sunday evening and it was a pretty scary experience. I immediately came to Unilocal to search for residential glass repair and came across Beacon Hill Glass. Received a quote right away and had the window repaired on Christmas Eve. Very professional, very responsive, and did a great job. I hope to never require their services again but would highly, highly recommend them to anyone.

Moses helped me out twice when I needed to get broken glass replaced. He’s super professional, and in both instances came and did the work outside of normal work hours (that’s a good thing!). The first time he came was on Christmas Eve and he was basically the only company that even answered the phone. The second time he was able to get the glass replaced in a super short turn-​around, even though it was a sealed unit double-​pane piece of glass that had to be ordered in. I can’t say enough good things!

I had 5 bids on a 6 window job, some aluminium, some wood. I wanted double pane vinyl. I had a variety of experiences. But I found beacon glass to be so nice. They had the 2nd to lowest bid (higher by like 100 $)(actually turned out he was running a special at the time of install and gave us 10% off so it was the cheapest bid) Moses found time on a busy holiday week to squeeze me in for a bid. Him and the other gentleman were funny and even were understanding and joking about the doggie doo in my yard.
We decided we wanted them to come do our window job. Not only did they impress me and were not pushy sales people, or trying to sell what I didn’t need (triple pane) but I couldn’t find one bad review! And I looked! (I even checked the not recommended)
The job was done in about 9 hours, and the windows are so beautiful. They fit so nicely, and even look better than the 3 windows we had from home depot. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
Moses and his staff are top notch. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

After calling around to many different services in the Seattle area, I finally was referred to Beacon Hill Glass. I couldn’t be happier that I was. Moses was super great on the phone and assured me that he would be able to swing by the house later that day or early evening and fix our living room window that our dog has busted through the night prior. As we were in need of window replaced same day, I was willing to wait the extra time. Moses called again in the afternoon to assure me that he was still coming by the house. Perfect! They showed up around the estimated time that was given and replaced the window so quickly!
Great work on replacing the old window and great customer service. Hopefully our dogs don’t break through any additional windows, but if they do, we’ll be calling Moses and team again.

I have an unusually shaped desk (see photos), and had two different glass companies take measurements and ultimately fail to deliver the quality I was looking for. One was WAY off– the glass would actually stick out. The other one had to cut it in different parts to make it easier. HOWEVER, the glass kept on sliding and hitting each other where they met. Sometimes, chips of glass would fly towards my face. Ugh. Not fun.
So we called Moses, and they painstakingly took the measurements and had it ready within two weeks!
Around the same time, the glass we had for a credenza that was ordered from the «Chipping Company» started to, go figure, chip. I asked him how much it would cost to replace them. Since he knew we were on an extreme budget cut, he offered to wash it and just flip it over at no extra charge. So now, the chipped side is against the wall, hiding behind a plant!
There wasn’t any question, when I needed glass at home for my own dining table, I called Moses from Beacon Hill Glass.
