We found Brent while casually looking at local properties and toying with the idea of getting our own place. He was hosting an open house for a property that we stopped in to have a look at and we began chatting. Because we didn’t really know what we were looking for or just how serious we were about getting our own place we were not really looking to get involved with real estate agents or brokers. But as it turned out meeting Brent and having a casual chat set up a very useful relationship several months later when we were ready to get serious.
Brent’s friendly and pressure free introduction and genuine manner made him the obvious choice in a broker. We found Brent to be a wealth of information and extremely accommodating and patient with our limited availability and our «helpful» two young boys in tow. He was able to help us really refine our wants and needs and finally secure the perfect house for us.
Brent is a man who gets stuff done and if you need answers he will find them. A good portion of our transaction happened while we were overseas and we were able to rest assured knowing Brent had everything under control. Working with Brent turned an overwhelming and sometimes frustrating task into a smooth and pleasant experience.
We are very happily settling into our new house and cannot recommend Brent’s services highly enough.

Brent is simply the best! He helped us, first-​time home buyers, navigate a really tough Seattle market. Brent was able to talk us down from despair after getting rejected in multiple offer situations, and ended up getting us into a beautiful townhome in Greenwood, for under our budget!

Having recently moved to Washington and being first time homeowners there was a lot we didn’t know about the area and buying a home. We actually had contacted another agent a few months prior to moving here but that agent was not helpful and would never return emails or phone calls. So, we searched the internet looking for a new agent and found Brent Fosso. My wife and I are so glad that we found Brent. I warned him that we didn’t know a lot and will probably have more questions than the average home buyer up front so he knew what he was getting into. Brent said it would be no problem and he has worked with a lot of first time buyers. He has been extremely patient and attentive with all of our questions and needs. My wife who learned English as a second language felt very comfortable in dealing with Brent. His calm nature was perfect for us being typical emotional first time buyers. Although, he’s a very relaxed and mellow guy he was very proactive in asking questions to the sellers and making sure that we weren’t being taken advantage of or potentially getting into a money pit.
He showed us various homes that we were interested which were slightly older and pointed out certain aspects to consider and look for that we have never though of. It was such an educational experience with Brent.
We ended up buying a new construction and Brent suggested that we meet with him during the building of the home so he can explain different stages and aspects of the construction techniques used in homes and why certain techniques and materials are used. The other agent we first spoke to had no clue about these kinds of things.
Throughout this whole process Brent has never been pushy or rude in anyway and has been professional the whole time. Thanks to his guidance, responsiveness, and knowledge we were able to get a property that we are very happy with and we felt extra satisfied that it had Brent’s trusted «stamp of approval».
He has not only been our agent but also a mentor and friend. He is definitely an asset to his industry and anyone reading this review should definitely contact him.

Brent was great from before the transaction until well after. We met him at an open house, while just browsing. We told him what we were looking for, and he sent occasional updates with listings that fit our criteria. When we finally decided to pull the trigger, he was very thorough, and made sure things were moving along as fast as possible. After we closed, a few issues with the house popped up, and Brent was very persistent with the previous owners and contractors to get it resolved. We would not hesitate to go with Brent again for the purchase or sale of a house!
