History

Established in 1999.

Team Houseventures began, with a true goal of exceeding customer expectations, after experiencing our own personal «nightmare» agent /​transaction, while purchasing our first home. We formulated our personal vision, of the type of personalized transaction and stellar real estate agent team, we’d like to be part of, as we had a glaring comparison of «what not to do».

Our goal was to create a personalized home purchase experience, with the knowledge and experience to navigate thru the stressors and hurdles, any transaction may provide. Refer you to the professionals, if required, and at the end of the transaction — you call us a friend.

Meet the Business Owner

David H.

Business Owner

David was born in the sunny (and hot) skies of Scottsdale, AZ. He was a wee’ lad, when his family moved to Washington State. Raised in the area, he developed a passion for the beauty, culture and people in Washington State. After an 8 year tour in the United States Navy (World’s Finest Navy!), he came back to his home state to pursue his two degrees in Legal Studies, and a BS in Computer Science. Prior to his venture in real estate, he was a Paralegal involved with Complex Litigation cases at a major law firm in Seattle, WA.

Currently, he’s a licensed Managing Broker and Realtor®, specializing in representing his clients in the purchase and sale of single-​family residences and income property within the Greater Seattle /​Bellevue and Eastside communities. In his words: «I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current market conditions, neighborhood information, and community services.» When he’s not working with clients, he loves to play in the dirt in his garden.
