We offer several types of menus and options including breakfast, lunch, dinner, corporate, formal and casual.

History

Established in 2009.

It all started with a small tent at the farmers market, a burner, a pot of grease and a big dream of serving the best falafel in Seattle.

Since then we have grown and catered many events including, weddings, bar mitzvahs, corporate lunches, graduations, etc’

in 2012 We added a shiny green self contained kitchen on wheels that has allowed us to bring our fresh food to wherever your party is at.

We have recently expanded our menu and have many options including, buffets, course meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.

In the coming years we intend on becoming the top Middle Eastern Caterer in the Seattle area focusing on quality and tradition.

Meet the Business Owner

Shimi K.

Business Owner

I was born and raised in Israel where I developed an appreciation for simple & bold flavors.

At the age of 21 I moved to Seattle and began managing kitchens. Only then did I learn about high quality ingredients, proper sourcing, sustainability and the art of balancing flavors.

After 3 years of living in Seattle I just craved my childhood soul food i.e. Falafel.

Equipped with nothing but a dream I began serving falafel at the Fremont Market. My eye for detail did not allow me to cut corners and I found myself improving the flavors more and more. Instead of finding ways to make the food cheaper I wanted to make it better, and that’s how I found myself baking fresh pita bread early each morning.

7 years later, I’m still thrilled to be part of Seattle’s thriving food and chef community. We have something extraordinary going on in our city with an abundance of wonderful local ingredients, farmers markets and a very supportive community.

Thank you everyone for helping me realize my dream
