Specialties
Lux Interiors has been restoring old plaster walls and ceilings in the Seattle area for nearly 30 years. Everything from minor plaster repairs to a complete plaster restoration. Old plaster texture matches are not a problem. Electrical upgrades, water damage, a hole in your ceiling or getting rid of a texture you hate, I’m the plasterer for all your plastering needs. I also do wall and ceiling sculpture with my work on view at the Seattle Aquarium and the EMP Fantasy Exhibit. I’m a one-man show. I do the estimate, I do the work, and I sweep up after the show is over.
History
Established in 1987.
Lux Interiors has been plastering in Seattle for nearly 30 years. I have also taught plaster repair classes for the PRNA’s Well Home Program and Historic Seattle. I have worked on the Dearborn Mansion, Stimson-Green Mansion and other historic buildings and homes as well as hundreds and hundreds of non-historic homes.
Meet the Business Owner
Steve I.
Business Owner
I am Cementitious Man. I love cementitious materials (plaster and cement) and a hawk and trowel in my hands. My family and I live in the Columbia City area where my wife runs the City Art Farm (art classes for all ages) and my daughters attend school. We have many pets and have been urban chicken ranchers for the past twelve years and goat herders for the past four years.
