Robert Capen Construction specializes in a wide variety of residential

upgrades, improvements and handyman type repairs.

I’ve been involved in both new construction and remodeling for over

30 years. My evolved skills are most suited to providing beautiful

kitchens & baths both in existing locations and adding new ones where they can be. Laundry rooms as well.

In over 30 years I’ve done everything from foundations to roofs.

Everything in between. The list is too extensive to list here.

I was even a home inspector for a stint.

I think my greatest asset is being able to see the «bigger picture», when it

comes to these remodels. I tend to want to fix the actual problem not the symptoms. I try to guide the project toward something that’s worth what it costs. Not always easy in remodel.

In my lifetime I’ve built treehouses to custom homes. Even houseboats.

My profession is a high fiber diet.

My specialty? Fine home improvements!

History

Established in 1995.

Everything from foundation too finish forever. New construction and remodel. Evolved to specializing in kitchens, baths and laundryrooms.

Now that the economy is slow, my projects are largely upgrades and repairs. New countertops in lieu of a new kitchen. New tub surround in lieu of a new bathroom. Landscape features, stairs, drainage issues even pest control are on my list these days.
