From start to finish I was impressed with this company. Lana is great to work with, she doesn’t like her clients to have surprises so she explains everything in great detail. Ada cleaned my home twice and was very sweet and did a great job for an open house I was having. Should the need arise I would definitely call Simply Clean again. Great company.

Very responsive and gave me an estimate over the phone with no problem! Lana was the scheduler and she was on top of things — email confirmation and returned my calls right away. There was some logistical issues on the day of the cleaning, but the cleaner Gloria still did a wonderful job! It was a move-​out clean and the place hadn’t look that good since before we moved in. We got our deposit back, thanks!

I scheduled a deep cleaning with Lana. We were coming home from Seattle Children’s with our ill child that was undergoing chemotherapy so I wanted the home to be spotless for her since she would be immunosuppressed.
Lana was awesome to work with, especially since my mind was scattered. She scheduled Andres to come to the house and do the deep cleaning. He is AMAZING!

These people were incredibly patient with me as I had to slide our schedule several days and times shifted as well! And when we did get a team in for a move-​out cleaning they did an amazing job. Lana and her team of cleaners certainly go above and beyond and I would certainly use them in the case of needing a deep clean!

I purchased 4 hours of housecleaning from Simply Clean and provided them with days and times that I would be available for the initial cleaning. I didn’t hear anything back for over a week. I followed up with Simply Clean via email and multiple telephone calls and never received a single response back. Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I ended up having to get a refund of my purchase since it was clear that this company would not be dependable. Do yourself a favor and go with A&K Housecleaning, they’ve been a dream to deal with compared with these guys.

I have been a property manager for 25 years and it is really challenging to find a good cleaning company. Simply Clean does such a great job. They are easy to work with, dependable, and they do a perfect job! They have cleaned vacant homes, Airbnb homes and my own personal home. I highly recommend them!

I recently had my first cleaning with Simply Clean and it was truly a great experience.
After trying to contact other companies, Simply Clean was the only company to reach back in a timely manner (some other ones never got back at me at all). I initially talked to Lana, the Client Coordinator and she was very friendly and professional. Do keep in mind that even though you make a list of things to be cleaned in advance, there’s no guarantee everything on the list will get done. You won’t know for sure until the day of, once you go over the list with the cleaners. Maria and Alejandro were very dedicated and hard-​workers: they tackled our place in great time and left it looking tidy and very clean. Thanks to you both!
I’ll definitely be using Simply Clean in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services.

These guys have been managing my very busy VRBO rental all summer — They are very reliable and the staff are extremely helpful /​friendly. The quality of the cleaning is perfect!
Also, they have saved my bacon a few times when:
1. I had forgotten to tell them about an additional booking I made which was arriving in 4 hours and they still managed to come over and clean the house in time!
2. Managed to lockout the cleaner, they came back to my apartment in Belltown to pickup a spare set of keys to the rental in Ballard.
These guys have really got their act together.

Absolutely the best cleaning experience I ever had from a home cleaning company. I had a one bedroom apartment that needed deep cleaning after I was vacating it. Simply Clean sent over a team of two people who deep cleaned the whole apt in 2 hours. It was spotless… I looked and couldn’t find anything they missed! And their products are natural and left a wonderful clean smell. No more calls; we have a winner. I will be using Simply Clean from now on.

I found Simply Clean via a promotion. This company is responsive, dependable, friendly and to add to their qualities, it is also ecologically minded. The appointment was promptly scheduled and then confirmed a day prior. The cleaner came on time bringing all the necessary tools and products. She did an excellent job, tending to every areas of the house I had especially required to be thoroughly cleaned. The attention given to details was remarkable. When I returned from my day’s work, I was quite impressed by the quality of the service. I would highly recommend this company and will personally continue to utilize their services.

Jim the operation manager was quick to respond to the email and right away helped schedule the cleaning appointment. He sent two cleaners for the apartment cleaning and it was a really a deep clean experience. Victor was great and we are really happy with the service.

I use simply clean for my 3 rental homes in Seattle. I’ve worked out a pretty specific task list for getting the home clean and inviting for my guests, and they are able to follow it quite closely. I’ve found less expensive cleaners, but I appreciate the attention of the account manager and the ability of Simply Clean to handle multiple cleanings on the same day, sometimes on short notice, at the different locations.
Every once in a while, there is a small hiccup where things don’t go as planned, but Jim gets things back on track quickly and it all works out in the end.
