Check out how generously they filled my drip coffee– did NOT ask me if I wanted room, by the way. I never take room. The woman taking money at the front was rude, and in fact, acted annoyed to see me. Asked her if I could put $ 20 on my Starbucks card to pay, and for some reason, she didn’t charge the Starbucks card, but instead charged me for my order and then put $ 20 on my Starbucks card. Just too busy to care apparently…

The staff and service here are pretty good. It’s a busy location and this reduces the staff available to take on general clean up(emptying trash cans, wiping down tables, restocking creams/sugars). The real down side though is that for whatever reason this location attracts large numbers of really loud patrons. The store is on the bigger side and I know it’s not a library, but it gets ridiculously loud in here a lot of the time. Definitely not a spot to relax or get any meaningful work done. You’re better off taking your coffee to go and heading anywhere else!

Love this location. Guys and gals are always super friendly and I always get what I order quick and efficient. Always nice seeing that I’m usually on my way to work in a hurry. Thanks guys!

These guys(and gals) are great! They support the customers in more than customer service and producing coffee and treats. They are helping my children’s elementary school by saving plastic caps for a school /community project. They have saved over 1200 plastic caps for us and allowed us together to knock out community in the schools. Thanks Mike, Jane, Cahlum, and all the team at 120th/LCW team! See you tomorrow for coffee!

This is literally the worst Starbucks in the entire world. You can sit at the drive up order box for MINUTES before they even think to ask for your order or ask for another minute. They take literally FOREVER to make your drink, today I watched an employee take someone’s order for a few minutes before even making my drink when I was holding the line up at the window. Ridiculous. They’ve made me wait so long in the drive up line that they give me all my drinks free for it being such a hassle. Oh, and going in the store? I’ve ordered drinks and waited around for 15 minutes before they realized they are making people drinks before me. That were behind me in line. Then the rude lady behind the counter said«Oh were you waiting for a drink?» I said«Yes, I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes now.» And all she muttered was oh the sticker machine must have broke. Right. You all literally suck and the only reason I must return is because it’s the closest. AWFULPLACE.

Very busy location but we’ll staffed to handle the large volume of patrons via in store orders and drive through. Even though there is usually a line, I am able to get through it quickly, find a seat, and receive order promptly. The quality of items here meet my expectation of Starbucks standard and I enjoy going here although a bit noisy.

This Starbucks is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get. The staff is very nice and I enjoy driving through daily. Sometimes twice. But my drink never tastes the same. There are two very important components to my coffee, and 60% of the time, at least one of them is left out. I know they would be happy to remake it, and once in a while when it’s really bad, I let them. But even then sometimes it’s wrong!

This is my go to Starbucks when I am working. The Internet is stupid fast and reliable. Plenty of seating area and it even has a patio. Every person on staff is friendly and willing to joke around. Shout out to Alan for being a great manager. He runs a tight ship and yes, some Starbucks are better than others. This is a good one.

Have to give this place a HUGETHUMBSUP! They have 100% managed to win me over. The crew there is full of smiles and always ready to make things right… let’s just say the manager is awesome and this place is full of great energy!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Super slow and then the majority of the staff are completely rude on top of it. Does have ample indoor seating, but tiny parking lot that is shared with a drive thru. Never had a pleasant experience at this location. Unfortunately it is the closest location to my house.

I go through this drive through often and I am frequently disappointed. They are quick with their service, but maybe too quick to the point where they can never seem to get my order right. I have asked for soy and received regular milk. I have asked for the Super Green evolution fresh twice and they tried to hand me the sweet green. I have received a hot drink when it was supposed to be cold. Sometimes I just take what they give me and other times I ask for something different and they have a little bit of attitude. I understand they are trying to be quick, but if I am going to pay $ 5-$ 10 for a drink I want it to be right. Bummer they mess up so often.

This particular Starbucks is perfect if you want to hang out and soak up the free WiFi with a laptop! Plenty of seating with long rows of tables. Not really great for sitting and chatting as there was an unfortunate lack of comfy chairs to chill in while I drank my mocha. Drinks were on par with other Starbucks in the area and service was efficient and friendly. This location DOES have a drive-thru for all of your on-the-go caffeine needs.

Overall, the Starbucks is pretty efficient with drive thru as an option. The baristas are nice and the drinks are what I expect from Starbucks. There’s typically plenty of room to sit, and I find that this café is really a neighborhood café. There’s a wide range of ages, which I found quite interesting. However, there have been times when it’s been very busy and it’s difficult to find parking.

Everyone that works here is suuuuuper slow. I always wait at least 10 minutes in the drive through. This morning, there were 3 people ahead of me and it still took 15 minutes to get through. Highly suggest driving an extra 5 minutes to the one on 145th and lake city. I’m always in and out in under 5 minutes, even with a huge line.

It’s almost an inexcusable redundancy and overstatement of the obvious, since 99.4% of the population over 12 knows about Starbucks. This one in Lake City is a hub for students, retirees, cops and anyone who just wants to enjoy a lazy day enjoying their coffee watching the cars go by on Lake City Way. In the fall and winter, this place is very difficult to find parking between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a. m, especially on the weekends. Good luck. The fireplace makes it feel oooh, so nice and cozy!
