Will was an AMAZING realtor! He was constantly finding homes that just hit the market, which is important as thngs go so quickly here. He made sure he understood my needs, and looked at homes with that in mind. He then would detail out all aspects of the home, and would do a pre-​screening to ensure it lived up to the listing. From start to finish, Will was on point. I was comfortable through the entire process, and knew I was in good hands. He led me to my new home, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did I find a great house, but I made a friend in the process. If you’re looking for a realtor, your search is over.

Working with Will to purchase our first house was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Over the course of two years, Will has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, honesty, patience, and incredible knowledge of the Seattle real estate market and the ins and outs of home ownership. He provided support, advice, and contacts as we tried to sell an apartment in New York. During that time, he made himself available whenever we wanted to view a listing or explore a new neighborhood, even though he knew that we would not be able to buy a house until we sold the New York property. We learned so much from Will during that time because he is so proactive about sharing practical observations and advice, and NEVER tried to pressure us into anything! He actually pointed out the negatives that we would have otherwise been unaware of.
When we were undecided as to whether we wanted to live on the Eastside or Seattle, Will was always happy to drive out to whatever area we were interested in with the same positive attitude. When we were finally ready to buy and found a house that we absolutely loved, we found ourselves in a competitive situation where there were three other offers. We put our complete trust in Will to create the best offer possible, and our offer was accepted! He guided us so smoothly through the negotiation and closing process, we were so impressed by his proficiency in every aspect of it.
Will has a ton of resources he extended to us during the closing process-​he recommended a great home inspector, consulted experts to answer all our questions about the homes we were interested in, and even got estimates on work that needed to be done. He was always proactive about advising on how we could save money and on steps we should take as first time homeowners to maintain our new home. Will went above and beyond for us and is a very special person with great passion for his work. We were very lucky to have him as our real estate agent.

Will was a truly incredible Realtor. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable about buying our first home and before meeting him, we were both incredibly nervous! He had an incredible wealth of knowledge about all the neighborhoods we were interested in and I knew that he would not let us purchase a home that wasn’t in great condition. It made such a difference having a Realtor that we were so comfortable with, buying a home is so stressful and Will was always able make us feel much calmer. We started looking and was in a new house less than two months later!

I closed on my first home about a week ago and I am so very grateful to have had Will as my real estate agent.
To start, the first two realtors I worked with just didn’t feel right. As a first-​time home buyer, I knew I needed a realtor I could ‘click’ with. I knew enough about Will to know he’d have a unique angle looking at the housing market environment. But the moment I heard him talk about his passion for homes, and the great history of his own home-​buying experiences… I was sold. Looking back, Will was there every step of the way and I always felt I was in good hands. He was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, responsive, and had a lot of what I knew I’d need… patience.
Will sent me listing updates quite often and I did my best due diligence to check them out on my own. He also made drive-​bys and previewed homes himself, made recommendations but certainly wasn’t pushy, and was very flexible when I made tweaks to my house/​area preferences. Eventually I put an offer on a house I fell in love with, but when the basement flooded on inspection day, Will was totally understanding and supportive when I decided to walk away from it. Starting anew, he made a great recommendation that ended up being ‘The One’. To me, that negotiating process was intense, but Will has such an even keel I felt really lucky to have him on my side (and yep, he landed the price I wanted). After inspection he was diligent in chasing work updates, continued to remind me of paperwork deadlines, and remained flexible as changes occurred. The wait until the close date was excruciating (again, Will’s patience came to the rescue) but the moment he gave me the key to my first home… moments like that are indescribable. I couldn’t have been happier to have had Will be my agent.
