I have been practicing massage and bodywork for 7 years and been a natural grounding source for people in my life for as long as I can remember.

I am inspired by the journey from fragmentation to wholeness. Using touch, I support people to have a more intact sense of themselves and build relationship with what it means to actually live in their body. I hold a strong stake in the ground for people to unfold and come back into themselves. I hope that people feel more connected to who they are and where they are going when they leave my studio.
