I cannot say enough about this company. I was in the last stages of selling my home, and with just a few days left to the close of escrow, I had an issue with getting a termite inspection report and some repairs. After calling so many different companies and getting the run around, I spoke with Robert who came to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable and I knew I could trust him. He and his team not only made the repairs but was able to give us the certificate within hours of deadline. I cannot thank him and his company enough… The job was a bit pricier then I was hoping for, but at the end it all worked out and all parties involved were happy. I recommend this company and Robert Tienda. They are not cheap but they know what they are doing, and provide excellent service… I was also very happy with the staff in the office.

Recommended by a realtor friend, as far as I remember, Pest Solutions came to our rescue when my mother’s home was infested with bedbugs! This family-​owned company was wonderful — efficient as well as sympathetic! I have subsequently had the company here at my house to deal with the prevention of termite damage. From Robert’s inspection visit to John and Nelvin’s tackling the project a week later, I am confident that they could not have done a better job. They were punctual, pleasant, and cooperative, and John was good enough to take the time to teach me what I need to know about termites! I am more than happy to have Pest Solutions on my team.

I’ve been dealing with a bed bug infestation for quite so time now and about a month ago it got so bad to the point I couldn’t sleep from all the bites. So I contacted Pest Solutions and scheduled a time and day for them to come to my house and do a free inspection. Chad came out to do the inspection & he was amazing! Very nice and professional and super thorough with discussing options and answering all of our questions. We set up a day for them to come out and treat the house. Chad and Rashad came out and did the treatment and Chad did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied with the service and made me feel confident that they would take care of the problem! If you’re familiar with bed bugs you know what a headache they are so that meant a lot to me! It’s been about 2 weeks and I’ve yet to see a bug or get any bites and have gained my piece of mind back and been able to finally get some sleep and they still have to come back for 2 more treatments. Although I was sad to find out Chad is no longer with the company and won’t be coming back for the future treatments I would still highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem. My upstairs neighbor got bed bugs ten days ago. Our landlord took forever to send someone out, and then would only inspect and treat her unit, even though bed bugs are notorious for spreading rapidly through apartment buildings. In the meantime, another neighbor called Pest Solutions so we could get an independent identification of the bugs the affected girl had collected (while we were waiting for our landlord’s exterminator). Chad came out, ID’d the bugs as bed bugs, gave us his recommended treatment plan and a quote, and spent an hour answering our questions. After he left, I decided to pay out of my own pocket for him to inspect and treat my apartment preventively, since my landlord wouldn’t do that. Chad was phenomenal. He came out the day after I called, searched my apartment for 90 minutes, found nothing, and then treated my baseboards to keep them from coming in. The night before, I asked him for a list of the pesticides he would be using so I could research their safety. He provided the list immediately and allayed all my concerns. He’s completely passionate about his job and providing great customer service. He had bed bugs himself once and gets the fear and anxiety they produce. For the first time since this started, I’m lying in bed feeling confident I won’t get bed bugs. I feel incredibly lucky to have been introduced to Chad and Pest Solutions. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Beware of this company at costs. Mike overcharged me $ 600 dollars for a referral to another company he subcontracts to. He did not tell me that the service is only $ 500 dollars but lied and told me it was$ 1100– I would not trust these people with my home or money.

Bed bugs are Satan’s children. You don’t want to deal with them. Chad helped my wife and I get through it. He was polite, understanding, helpful and de-​stressing from start to finish. He arranged Vikane fumigation of our belongings, and inspected our cars and bedroom for a fair price. He did more for us than he had to so that we’d have some peace of mind. That last word is important. Forget the mattress, bed bugs get into your mind. Someone friendly like Chad helps you reclaim your sanity.

Having lived all over the country, nothing freaks me out more than roaches. So when I saw not one, but a few, every day for a week or so, I knew we had a problem. My landlords weren’t convinced, but I started calling around. Susan and her daughter were great. They answered all my anxious questions (and continued to do so after the treatment was done!) and did the job quickly and affectively. It’s now 3 months later and we haven’t seen a single bug. Our HOA has relied on Pest Solutions for our termite control and related wood repairs for several years. They come by every year to see if we need any touch-​ups, and make sure anything needed gets done right away.
We received truly outstanding customer service from Susan Marquez for a recent carpentry repair of dry rot damage to our aging windowsills and other wood. The guys did a professional job that looked great, they cleaned up perfectly, and went out of their way to solve immediately any little glitches that arose. Then, although they had gone on to a job in a different geographical area, they immediately accommodated my request for a different stain on a repair in my unit, and came back within a day to re-​stain it. Nothing but professional service, and great people. I have called for emergency services, and they have accomodated us and have above an beyond. I have referred Mike to family and friends because I trust them to be honest and provide great services. I have tried others, but they failed to show up and didnt event bother to call. There’s good customer service for the sake of providing good customer service, and then there’s good customer service because they want a positive review on Unilocal.The latter is just fine, but the former will always win me over. This company definitely belongs in the first category.
I am in the process of buying a home, and received the pest/​termite report from Pest Solutions done on behalf of the seller (read: I am NOT the client/​customer). However, I called them anyway to talk about my concerns, and Mike (the owner) took quite a bit of time to make sure all my concerns were addressed, and not in a hurried «you’re-not-even-my-friggin-customer» attitude. In fact, there was nothing but patience on his part as I went through my list of questions. Mike walked me through the report item by item, telling me what has been treated and what else needs to be done. He definitely put me at ease with some of my concerns, and explained their treatment warranties as well.
As you can see from their minimal Unilocal presence (this is their 2^nd review), they’re probably not even aware they have a Unilocal page. Thus, the excellent customer service Mike provided to me today was clearly out of good character, and he was not in any way shooting for a 5-​star review.
This is good old-​fashioned customer service, folks, and I would highly recommend this company.

These guys were the absolute worst to deal with, not only did they not do the job right the first time, our bee problem never went away, they DON’T return phone calls, I really feel they just took my money and ran… Stay away from them at all costs!!!
