These guys are awesome! Came out and explained everything they would like to do, measured my house to come up with the most efficient system and installed my AC. I also needed a new furnace installed due to the age of mine, they added vents in my main living areas to even out the airflow in my house. Night and day difference immediately!!! I absolutely very highly recommend these guys!!! On top of it all they gave me a great price for all of the work they had to do!

Got a new AC system installed today. Mike, Jason, & Oscar did a great job. I felt comfortable from the moment I called them. Pam is full of energy and got my experience with 4 seasons off to a great start with her fun and friendly attitude. Mike showed up on time for his estimate appointment and gave me a great price for the system. Total professionals from start to finish. The system works great. Thank you guys so much.

I’ve been lining up contractors to get estimates for a new furnace. We haven’t picked one for the work, yet, but Mike at 4 Seasons is a standout in the contact and consultation department. He answered my online request within minutes. He arrived in less than 24 hours and spent over 2 hours with us, patiently explaining everything we wanted to know, doing a thorough inspection of the house (even calling in an electrician, at no expense to us, to determine if we had the needed electrical service.) He wrote up a detailed estimate and then went over it, line by line, explaining what everything meant. And he didn’t leave until he had answered every question. Plus he was really kind, patient, and nice. I’m impressed!

Our downstairs heater stopped working recently so I had to find someone to come out and look at it. After doing some research online, I found 4 Seasons. The price for a service call ($ 65) sounded reasonable so I scheduled an appointment. I sent an email from their website one evening last week and got an email response within an hour and a phone call shortly after that. I called back the next day and scheduled an appointment that was very convenient for me and my family. I spoke with Pam that morning and she was very nice and able to answer my questions. This morning, Pam called and Mike and Oscar were at my door 20 minutes later. They went right up to the crawl space, determined our problem was a stuck damper that wasn’t allowing heat to our downstairs. Once it was fixed, Mike recommended changing out our control panel and the duct work and also offered his twice-​yearly service plan. I didn’t feel pressured to sign up for anything. Mike was very nice, even if he isn’t a big fan of baseball! He also ran an air quality report on our house! All we were charged was the $ 65 service call. I’m so glad we went with 4 Seasons. I’ll be calling them to do all our heating and air work in the future.

This was my first time using four seasons. My furnace started having problems where it was turning on and off and blowing cool air, out of 15 times turning on and off it would finally blow hot air. Due to my fear of having a large bill before Christmas I waited and waited. After reading the reviews on Unilocal for four seasons I decided to call them. The office staff was wonderful and got me in for an appointment quickly. They showed up right on time and called prior when they were 30 minutes away. The technicians were amazing (Mike operations manager and Jason technician) and since I don’t know anything about furnaces Im always concerned of someone trying to sell me something I don’t need. They didn’t do that at all, they went up looked at the furnace came down and all it needed was a good cleaning. So a bill that I thought would be hundreds actually turned out to be less than a hundred. Mike educated me on things they could do in the future to maintain my systems and left lots of information. I will continue to use them for all of my maintenance and repair needs. I’m so happy with my experience!

We had a fabulous experience with 4 Seasons! When our heater went out this week during below normal frigid temperatures, I doubted I’d be able to get anyone out the same day to repair it. I was wrong! Mike arrived at 10:30 AM and saved the day. The fix was a new motherboard but I suppose it could have been worse! It was fairly quick and Mike was extremely professional. We couldn’t have been happier and won’t hesitate to use 4 Seasons again should we have any more issues.

Our organization had been using another company for years, but after we were told that we’d need a new furnace by a lazy worker and our furnace was only a few years old, we decided to get a second opinion. Boy, are we glad we did! A gentleman from 4 Seasons came to take a look, and lo and behold, he advised we didn’t need a new furnace after all! He took a look at our furnace, tweaked a few things and it came on. I immediately retained 4 Seasons to service our furnace on a regular basis. Good riddens to the other company and their lazy worker! I will update this post with the name of the 4 Seasons employee who was just wonderful to work with.

I liked 4 Season’s website, which enumerates the charges (unlike almost all other HVAC sites), which I found reasonable at $ 65 for the service call. I phoned on a Saturday and was scheduled for Monday. The dispatcher called 15 minutes before the servicemen showed up, right on time. They diagnosed the problem and returned with the part within the hour. Then they worked and worked and worked on the furnace until it was purring like a cat. They gave me good advice about filters and maintenance and dog hair. The part was expensive, but the labor was eminently affordable. I doubt I’ll need another service call in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I know only one heating-​cooling company in Reno: 4 Seasons.

BUYER BEWARE! Please don’t let the higher rating reviews fool you! I saw this company advertisement for a $ 65 special for a «tuneup» on our home a/​c. It was working fine but thought a tuneup would be the right thing to do to maintain our system. Well they came out, didn’t tune anything up, didn’t change the filters, basically did nothing but tell us our a/​c had a leak and our unit was out of juice and they would have to find the leak and ‘if’ they found the leak, to fix it would be over $ 1,000 to fix. My a/​c was working just fine I just wanted a tuneup!!! After declining the additional work they advised me not to use the a/​c or it will become worse. What??? Nothing seemed wrong with it! It was working!!! So to prevent any further damage we did not use a/​c and we suffered in the heat over the weekend until I could get a 2^nd opinion. So then I had another guy from another company come take a look at our system. He filled our system up with Juice, told me there were a lot of loose gadgets there that could be the cause of the leakage. He tightened everything up filled it up with juice and told me only one unit had an issue and the other unit was just fine. (Why did four seasons fail to tell me that? In retrospect it was probably a tactic for us to suffer in the heat with no a/​c to force us into allowing them to do the work on our now broken a/​c) 2^nd guy checked our filters and changed them which I also expected Four seasons to have done but they didn’t. Long story short… Don’t do business with this company. They’re like Juffy lube. They charge for work that they are not actually doing. They may even be tampering with your system to create more work for you to pay them. Pretty shady company. Don’t be fooled like I was. Choose any other company but this one!

I have used them twice and they do a great job. They are very professional.
I highly recommend their service.

I have used them for over three years to service my AC and Heating at my home. When an appointment is made, they show up. Their prices are very good and their service is awesome. I would recommend to a friend.
