I support a local Property Manager and Lincoln Heating and Air Conditioning is one of our «go to» vendors and for good reason! From the time you call, you are welcome by Irene, who takes her time and answers any questions you may have. As our work orders are sent over to them via e-​mail, Irene will always respond to your e-​mail to let you know she has received the work order and will be contacting the tenant ~ which is HUGE when you are multi-​tasking and don’t have to worry about, «I wonder if they got my work order». The tech I work with the most is Justin and he is amazing! If you want to be advised if a repair is going to be over a certain dollar amount, no problem. Justin takes his time explaining what he has found, his proposal for resolving the issue, time and cost ~ everything up front and personal! All-​in-​all, Lincoln Heating and Air Conditioning is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service! You will NOT be disappointed!

Any time our air conditioning goes out, we call this company. They have always been fair and honest with their work. They even do work for free if you have trouble with your air unit withing a year of their service. There are not too many companies I trust and this is one that I will always use. Thank you for your service.

if you want your eyes gouged out, then YES, by all means call these guys! i called for a quote to have a thermostat installed on my heater. Robert quoted me $ 650, which i thought was outrageous!!! i called another heating & air co., they came and installed it in 2 hours. the total charge was $ 350, enough said! i’ll never use their services.

Lincoln installed my furnace in September of 2011. December 29, 2015 the furnace stopped working. They charged me $ 407.00 for a 20 dollar part that took less than 10 minutes to diagnose and replace. They refused to give me a labor and parts breakdown. I have posted a video on youtube. On 2÷7÷16 the part failed and I replaced it myself. The owner, Robert said he would look into this and call me back but he has not.

Lincoln installed our air conditioning and did a top notch job. They replaced our poor duct work (we had flexible tubing intended for industrial settings). I called around and Lincoln was not only the most knowledgable, but also crafted a custom ductwork system flush with the ceilings in our 1940’s era basement. Plus their quote came in in the middle of other quotes, exactly as they said they would.
The job took a few days and at one point I freaked out when seeing the energy star rating on the outside unit. Lincoln immediately addressed my concerns and explained to me the payoff benefits of a more expensive unit vs the cooling load needs in Reno vs somewhere with year-​round cooling needs. Our energy bills ended up being below what we expected, which is totally due to the fact that the ductwork blows cool air efficiently and the air conditioner was installed properly. This house cools off so fast, can’t wait to see how the heating time will improve in the winter!
Best of all, the crew stayed until 7:30 on the Friday night of a heat wave to finish. I can’t thank them enough for this gesture that I didn’t even request.
All employees were professional and courteous from beginning to end. They run this like a quality local business should-​with a personal touch and attentive service.
I’ll be going with them for our hot water heater needs next.
Hot water update– once again great work. They had to track down an odd sized tank to convert us to gas and the conversion price was much lower than I expected– we’ll recoup the costs in a few years of lower energy bills. Thanks Lincoln!

WONDERFUL customer service from the time I called to make an appointment until when the technician left our home. Our service person was extremely knowledgable, honest, presentable and capable. We were very happy!

I recently had a new furnace and A/​C unit installed by Lincoln Heating and Air. Every step of the process was extremely positive. They were about $ 1000 cheaper than any other quote that we received, but didn’t cut any corners or try to sell us cut rate equipment. Staff was clean, friendly and very knowledgeable/​skilled. The work looks great; a very clean, tidy install. Highly recommended!

Lincoln Heating & Air handled my repairs efficiently, promptly, and professionally. Although the problem with my a/​c was complex, Robert explained it to me in simple terms, without belittling my lack of knowledge. Although the unit was outdated and parts no longer readily available (of course, right?), Robert made the extra effort to seek out a suitable replacement, saving me the burden of an entire system upgrade.
The company has polite, clean technicians and their staff kept me well informed of the process. Lincoln is almost as cool as my house is now :)

My circulating pump for hot water made severe noise, and contacted only this company from my previous trust to this company and recent impressive review in Unilocal.Last summer, I planned to put concrete base on my three A/​C condenser units and this company gave me the best quote, but my landscape contractor finished it without moving condenser, which made me to use this company next time.
The work provided by this company was excellent. Justin did wonderful job and very helpful for all my needs. However, the labor charge for this job was very expensive. I am pretty new to American life and have experienced high labor charges in all areas in the U.S.
Unfortunately, labor charges for this job was the most expensive one in my U.S. life. The part they used was around $ 160 at couple of online stores, but I paid total $ 480 for this job.
It took less than an hour… so more than $ 320/​hr. I don’t know if this is reasonable price in the U.S. I know trip charge should be added… but as new comer to the U.S., It looks very expensive.
My trust to this company brought me some regret for not getting more quotes from other company. Luckily, there has been no chance to recommend this company to my friend… If I recommended this company to my friend like new U.S. comers from my country of origin, I should be very sorry. It is better for me to get this experience to myself than to others I know.
If I have to replace or repair my furnaces or A/​C units, I will not stick to the trust to one company, but will get as many quotes as I can…
This was an important lesson for me for choosing service provider in the U.S.

I used Lincoln Heating & Air two years ago when I had an air conditioning unit installed, and my furnace replaced. Of the three companies I called — I got the very best price from Lincoln. Their customer service was wonderful and the men who came to my home for the installation were polite and respectful and VERY tolerant of my little ones asking them a ton of questions.
Tonight my air conditioner was acting weird — so I called — AFTER HOURS — and received a call back. Over the phone, Mr Quirk talked me through some easy steps that I could do myself to try to diagnose the problem. He even had me check back in with him to make sure everything was working fine. He easily could have come to my home, told me the same thing in person and charged me a service fee. Instead, he saved me money by helping over the phone.
I would recommend this company to ANYONE who needs a heating and air conditioning company. I am so pleased with the professionalism, the kindness and the great customer service that I have received from them.
