Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

I took my ring in to get it re sized and prongs built up. Not only did they size it perfectly, they built the prongs up and shaped them like little tiny puffy hearts and re dipped the rhodium for me. It is absolutely as beautiful as when it was new!!! Thank you!

I was just getting my watch battery changed no big deal but Aaron and Russell were the BEST! fast and first class!!! They hooked me up and I will forever be a customer! Thank you Aaron :)

I must say last Saturday April 23 at Park Place Mall on our way to see a movie I saw this shop and wanted to see if I could have a link removed from my watch. A very helpful young man named Aaron Marks fixed my watch and did not charge me. I told him I was from California and here visiting my brother. After he fixed my watch he offered to clean my rings. He also checked to be sure all the prongs holding my diamonds were in good shape. I was so impressed with his personality and professionalism and his willingness to take the time to make me want to come back to the shop. If I lived in Tucson I would definitely have my jewelry needs done here at Fast-​Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs. Was a very pleasant experience I highly recommend this shop. I’m revising a review I posted earlier regarding Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch Repair in Park Place mall. I have since spoken with the owner, Mike B., who immediately interceded in my issue, discovered the problem along with his manager, Roland. I received a prompt response and am entirely satisfied that a suitable resolution and handling of the problem has been put in place. A couple of months ago I was looking for a wedding band for my soon-​to-​be wife. It had to be perfect; right size (of course), right color tone, right metal — you name it!
I walked in, and this wonderful lady, Veronica Livas, greeted me with a smile and took great interest in what I was looking for. She was able to find this almost perfect ring, except that it was yellow gold and I wanted white gold.
Without hesitation or further query she offered to dip it in rhodium and also re-​size it, at no additional cost! The most amazing thing about this store is that they do all the fixing right there IN the store. There is no «shipping out» to the other side of the country like most chain jewelry stores do just to resize a ring.
The quality speaks for itself. My now wife and I are VERY happy with what Fast Fix in the Park Place Mall and Veronica Livas were able to do for us.

My family and I have been coming to this store for the past decade. I have lost track of how many batteries we have had replaced with them, on watches ranging from costume to Movado, Tiffany, and beyond, and have never had a problem in all these years. While people might know they are great at repairing jewelry, they might not be aware that they are equally as great at creating custom pieces for prices lower than I have found anywhere else. They have become the only store we go to and the only store we trust with our pieces. I can understand why you might think that what looks like a repair store in a mall couldn’t possibly be a full service jeweler with the highest standards for your cherished jewelry, but you couldn’t be more mistaken. We have taken, and left for cleaning/​repair/​customization, pieces as cheap as a silver pin, to as irreplaceable as my mother’s 12 carat diamond solitaire engagement ring, and have had absolutely no problems. No matter your jewelry needs, you will be doing yourself a great disservice if you bypass this store in favor of a store with a fancier front, higher prices, and at best, the same quality work.
Long story short: No matter if your jewelry/​watch is worth $ 1 to more than $ 1 Million, this is the only full service jeweler to go to.

Terrible work. Ever since getting my battery replaced, I have had condensation in my watch. Took it to Rainbow and they found that the gasket was broken. Apparently these guys broke it during the battery replacement and didn’t want to mention it. :($ 30!
This was on top of bad service. Do not go here.

I have a smart watch and the wrist band pin broke. I dropped in and asked if they could fix it. About 3 minutes later it was done and they said it was so simple there was no charge! Fast and friendly!

I was quite surprised when they wanted to charge me $ 70 to get a money clip for my husband engraved! A money clip! So I told the young man, «thanks but no thanks, I’ll shop around elsewhere.» Then asked him if there was someplace else in the mall that I could check the price. The young man said yes, Things Remembered, but then continued to say that they engrave but Do Not Engrave anything unless it’s THEIR items.
I’m happy I didn’t take his word because I walked down there myself to ask the woman behind the counter and not only DO they engrave items, items that are NOT just their own but only charged me $ 21 dollars for the 5 words I wanted engraved and also got it done the same day.
I did not approve of the cost at the Fast Fix but more so I did not appreciate the way the young man handled losing a costumer by trying to deter me from going somewhere else by giving me false information. I will not use Fast Fix for anything else in the future either.

I recently took my platinum engagement ring to Fast-​Fix to have the band polished. This was the only jeweler that was willing and able to polish a platinum band on site that day. They had the ring ready for me in just a couple hours and it looked just a beautiful and the day my husband gave it to me.
Fast forward a couple weeks — I dropped off the engagement ring and matching band just days after our wedding to have them soldered together. They gave me an estimated ready date for 5 days from the date of drop off (standard for something like this). They must have understood how hard it is for a girl to part with her wedding set and had it ready for me that night! When I picked it up, I was impressed with the outstanding quality of workmanship. Thank you!

I had to laugh… wanted to charge me $ 560 to repair a tennis bracelet, including one missing (small) diamond ($ 50)and tightening prongs ($ 510). I thought no way. Went to a jeweler down the street and they charged me $ 100-​$ 125 for the same repair. I’m only giving them 2 stars vs. 1 because the guy who helped me was very friendly:-)

I have to agree with others… This place was great!!! Awesome customer service –professional, friendly and quick. The ONLY complaint I have is that it is a little pricey… $ 20 to replace a watch battery… but they repaired my other watch for free (just put the back on for me, which I couldn’t do to save my soul!) and, of course, the five year warranty — which is pretty cool on a battery. Overall, very pleased and will definitely return!

The selection of watches at this store is huge. It’s raining watches in there with a various selection of fine jewelry. Lots of great styles and selection. The reason for my visit was an important one. I owned the same watch since I was a young man and I wanted to know how much it would cost to repair it. To be honest the watch was in such bad shape I didn’t know the watch was any good. The band was scratched tarnished or whatever it’s called and the glass was scratched. This watch was put through hell. I had to soak the band in hot water and clean the face of the watch because of the neglect. I had little hope for this watch. It had not worked for 8 of its 12 years. When I met the employee there he was welcoming, helpful, listened and had a genuine concern for my situation. He charged me a fair price. What I loved about this store is that although its small the people who work there are very helpful, knowledgable and answered my questions without making me feel stupid or less of a person. I did not feel any pressure everyone seemed happy there. Even the customers. I had to visit 3 times. Each time there was a small wait time. The watch looks amazing. I wish I had a before and after picture that I could have posted on a site. I feel like I accomplished something impossible and even though I didn’t do the work I felt very much involved with the whole process of repair.

I’ve had two watch batteries and straps replaced here. The price is high for a battery replacement in my opinion, but you get a card for a 5-​year warranty should it fail. The staff is always friendly and never has a problem with me just looking around. They have a good selection of watch brands like Luminox, Torgoen, and Invicta. They also usually have 1 or 2 pre-​owned Rolexes available. The place is small, but they are able to cram a lot of watches inside. It is worth checking out for watch guys and it’s better than the salesman environment of other jewelry/​watch stores in the mall.

So I needed to find a place for a few simple repairs. I had a necklace from childhood that needing some adjustments and i also wanted to combine the necklace with a charm i had and make one piece of art from them.
The helpful staff here was amazing… every time i have been to their store it seems slammed whether it is opening, closing, week night or weekday anyway they must be doing something right cuz with all that business they are sure staying busy!
The cost on the workmanship was a little pricey but well worth it to have access to a sentimental piece of Jewelry! thank you! see yal next time
