Karen’s Hair Trend

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Kim (the stylist/​owner) for over 15 years now (was a follower from her days at a different place in Newark). She is very detailed and spends a lot of time on each customer (make sure you set aside some time when you do come).
A few years ago I got a drastic hair style change with an A-​line cut, dyed, and hi-​lighted. For such a change I was a bit hestitant but it turned out abosultely amazing! I received so many complements on it and even now after all the color is gone and my hair is long my friends still say they liked that style best. I had a red toned dye job and it faded out quite nicely too. She specifically went out to buy special colors for me based on my concerns. Talk about great customer service!
I’d say the price is cheap compared to all the time she puts in and the result. Just wish they were located somewhere more trendy. (would probably charge more though). Defintely make an appointment if you’re short on time because sometimes she does get really busy. They do hair for all ages, but it seems Karen mainly helps the senior citizens. There’s also another lady who’s there Thursdays I think but I’ve never tried getting my hair done by her yet.
