My wife and I started looking for a new home with Chuck’s help about two years ago. Needless to say the market uncertainty, along with our own inability to decide exactly where we wanted to buy, made for a lot of long house hunting weekends. Chuck was always available to show us a new house that we found online as well as find others in his free time. After all that time we found our new home in Pleasant Hill. When we moved into the house there was some trouble with the furnace that the inspector didn’t find. Chuck helped us negotiate with the home warranty company and our furnace was replaced with a new one within a couple of weeks.
