Eyebrow Threading

I’ve been here 4 – 5 times now and have gotten my eyebrows done by different people every time. The ladies are really sweet, but the technique is variable. I never come out crying so that’s a good thing, right? Sometimes they make my eyebrows too thin, but if you emphasize that you like thicker eyebrows, they take that into consideration. I went in and came out in 15 minutes, so it’s super fast and it’s only $ 12. They only take tip in cash, so keep that in mind!

I recently moved from out of state and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. Waxing seems like a nightmare to me, and plucking them myself drove me crazy with the time it took for them to look only mediocre. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the last couple of years from the same person back in my old location and will probably never go back to plucking so I needed to find someone new here!
I walked in on a weekday right after it opened. There was only one girl there who was really nice and fast. It was also less painful than normal, and my eyebrows were starting to look monstrous. The results were exactly what I wanted on the first try. I had walked from the parking lot around the corner (among the mounds of snow and bad sidewalks), got my eyebrows done, and walked back in less than ten minutes.
It costs twice what I was paying ($ 6 or $ 7), but I am not surprised. It is $ 12 for eyebrows, but that seems to be the going rate for the area. They take credit cards with no surchage. I will definitely be going back.

I see that someone had made a bad review… so I hope this helps better. I have done all sorts of shaping of my eyebrows. Wax, Tweeze, and Thread. Wax is too hot for my sensitive eyelid/​eyebrow. I am VERY anal about my eye brows I used to do them myself for many years. It would take me an hour that’s how anal I am. The threading place I went to was just to far away so when this place came to town I was in love.
Since it has opened I have had my brows done by 3 ladies there. I think the one that prior person is talking about is the 1^st girl I went to. sounds like her. She did a good job but attitude was bad. I went to her twice. Both times was the same attitude. 2^nd girl I went too totally screwed my brows up. I was very upset but hey they grow back fast so made it work. the 3^rd woman corrected them perfect until they were back to normal… the 3^rd woman. OMG FANTASTIC. Friendly, nice, patient and above all does an awesome job. I told her if she ever leaves I need to know because I will follow her. Her name is Renu. She is only there on Thursdays. Just does use hand sanitizer before and wears a mask. She also always asks me if I want aloe even though I always say no.
If you have never had your eyebrows threaded its a bit like dry tweezing. I say dry because most women do their eyebrows right after a shower when your skin is still soft and wont hurt as much… Its very quick. I am no baby I have had 3 kids so I can take the TINY pain of my eyebrows being threaded. I also like that this is not done in the middle of the mall on a cart like some places do. If someone did not clean their hands some how before they are about to put their hands on you… be smart say something. You wont have that problem with Renu… shes awesome.
