Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter

Had a main line blockage and we called another service. They didn’t even really try to identify the problem and wanted us to buy they Water Jet Service. We called Marco, they arrived when they said they would (a little earlier) took time to let us know what the problem was and what the fix would be. Marco did have to Water Jet our main line and it did cost a little more than the previous plumbing company we called but Marco gave us 2 years warranty vs. 1. More importantly, we were well treated (as our neighbor who had some of our overflow go into their yard) and we were well informed on what the issue is and what the future issue could be. It’s hard to trust everything you read sometimes but the high ratings for Marco is not an accident.

My wife Sally and I have finally found our plumbing and rotor service company. Marcos and his crew go above and beyond to ensure their clients are satisfied, he is definitely not just about making an easy buck. We called several places for quotes and what we appreciated the most was the fact that Marcos was honest and professional while offering us quality parts and service at an affordable price. After comparing quotes from other places, his last question to us ended up sealing the deal. He simply asked «How can I help you?» We told him our budget (we negotiated a bit) but in the end, he truly cares about client satisfaction.
The service was done the next day and even after completing the project, he called us to make sure we were completelycompletely satisfied with the service.
Because of such a positive experience, we spent additional monies for some upgrades in other areas of our home and even referred over our friends and family in a matter of a few days. Marco and his team exceeded our expectations. They were very thorough, very good at what they do. Level of expertise — EXCELLENT! I did not realize how complicated plumbing was! He was very patient in explaining the whole process to us. We did not know how bad the state of the pipes were until we saw it. Roots galore! They were like surgeons performing a cardiac bypass surgery. Prior to this, every 1 – 2 years, another rooter specialist had to come to unclog the pipes. With Marco, he found the «root» of the problem!
Marco came back the next day just to change the rubber flappers on the 2 toilets at no extra charge! Not too many people would do that for you nowadays.
Marco just saved us the hassle and $$$ for the next 15 to 20 years. They even gave us a 10year warranty! Very professional. A guy who works with a lot of heart.

Did a request thru Unilocal and they called me right away! Made an appointment and they are very punctual on time. He told me 1:30 and was here by 1:30. Did his job on 2 sinks and he was out. Price was very reasonable and pipes were clean and no issues. Great job! I definitely would recommend them to anyone

After having a toilet back up, then a shower, then another toilet then the kitchen sink. We knew we had big issue. We had to call a professional. After looking around we discovered Marco and boy did we come across a gem honest, polite and punctual. Messaged him on Unilocal and within 20 minutes we had a response with an ETA. Inspected the issue and gave me several options, wasn’t pushy but genuine. I opted for the complete flush out. The entire time he was professional. Fixed our messy situation and gave us a warranty on his work. Highly recommend him.

Marco, George, and their team are great. We called on a Monday morning, and they came out the same day to install a clean out. After scoping our main line, he discovered roots and other issues with our line. WITHIN THE SAME DAY, they cleared the line, had a team come out to put the epoxy liner in our main line, installed the clean out, and laid the concrete back in the hole they dug. It was a long day, but they did it, and we were able to enjoy our house again. Throughout the process, Marco was very helpful with answering any of our questions, and always had our best interest in mind. He never had an approach of «you have to do this» or. Tried to sell us on things. Or treated us like we were stupid. I respect that, and I respect that he’s a hard worker who is running his own business. I’m very thankful for his services, but I hope we don’t have to call him again! :)

Called marcos as he was about to be off but made me a priority to fix my plumbing issue with my shower that very same night, him and his crew were very professional and got the job done when a previous plumber came out and couldn’t figure out what was wrong… Took marcos 20 mins very awesome and cheap service! Will definitely stick to using these guys!

I had slow drains on both ends of my house and a huge estimate from the first plumber I called. Marco came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate at half the price of my first plumber. Marco is honest and his work was first class and with a great warranty. I’d recommend him to friends and family.

I had other quotes done for a liner that were outrageous, i called marco and he gave me a very reasonable price. He and his crew were very professional, i would highly recommend them.

I had a mainline issue due to roots in my sewer pipes. I called Clean out plumbing and spoke to Marco; he was very polite and thorough in diagnosing my problem over the phone. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time and began with a Jetter service (water pressure) to pop the blockage then did a camera inspection via my mainline vent. He found major roots in my cast to clay transition outside of the house and recommended installing a two way clean out to remove the transition hub cause there was a separation and the roots had been intruding via the hub and replace with ABS plastic. He did all of this within 4 hours and backfilled and replaced all my plants back to par. Very satisfied with Marco’s & his assistant Victor’s help. 5 stars! Great company, Great Guys!

Fast and professional, they came, the hydro jetted, cleaned and left. They were able to clean and unclogged 30 years of nasty build up. Ask for Marcos!

Marco is awesome and very professional. We had problems with our kitchen line for several years now. We hired regular plumber to snake it (about $ 80 a pop every 8 mos).
Yesterday our sink backed up every time we ran the washer so we wanted a more permanent solution. We called around for quotes and Eddy with TP Rooter (super honest guy btw) recommended Clean Out Plumbing. Marco came the same day, took 30 – 40 mins and our problem was solved. Added bonus was the 2 years warranty. You can find cheaper rate elsewhere but you will only get 30 days — 1 yr warranty. Our house is old so the 2 years is definitely a better deal for us.

Saw the high reviews on Unilocal so i gave them a call. The guys were prompt. They said they would show up at 3:30 and they did. Aside from being on time they were working on a Sunday.
Hugo was able to diagnose the problem and was able to give me a temp fix. Now it’s a matter of coming up with the cash to fix the problem.
Bottom line I’d definitely call them again.

Since my last review, our drain has been flushing out with no problems until… just a few days ago. Marco assured me that it will be under his 2 year warranty if the slowed drainage is caused by the same issue as my previous call.
And… (drum roll, please) Marco honored his WARRNTY! Talk about a man of his words! I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, and PLEASANT.

Marco was very professional up until the point that my appointment had passed. I then called and left a message. I called again 2 times more bwforebi received a call back. He seemed to be confused with what day he told me my appointment would be. I was told Tuesday and he wrote down Wednesday. Not a big deal, but if I have to take a day off, it costs me money for his error.
In summary, please make sure that you get an email and or text from this business confirming the appointment day or you could be stuck in a pond of mud like I am now.

After having a god-​awful experience over the phone with TNT, I called these guys. Man, I should have gone with my gut instincts and called them first before those jackholes at TNT.
Super professional and friendly, answered ALL of my questions and serviced our clogged toilet within the estimated time frame. No hidden fees, no surprises. 5 stars all the way!!!

I spoke to Marco over the phone which in fact was very knowledgeable in sewers so I felt very comfortable calling him, after explaining to Marco about my toilet overflowing and would not stop coming out he was there within 25 minutes and was courteous enough to leave his job site where he was in Whittier and go to my house to help me stop the water from coming out of the toilet.
He use the camera inspection and diagnose my issue within 15 mins he found out exactly what was going on and personally showed me with a color camera screen. Recommended me to hydro jet my sewer line and also gave us a two year warranty with the hydro jetting

After having marco come about 3 months ago I finally had the time to write a review, he is very knowledgeable in what he dose. very reasonable prices and their warranty is unheard of!!! my sewer has been working very well and I’m glad I don’t have to worry about calling different plumbers to clear my sewer every month now.

i found this company on Unilocal and they had nothing but greate 5 star reviews, so i gave them a call and spoke to marco which was very professional and helpful over the phone. so i gave them a shot.
marco came with in 45 mins and took care of my issue which 2 other plumber could not take care of due to not having the proper equipment.

I had the opportunity to use Marco and his team to do a sewer line inspection. First of all, he’s super friendly and was easy to book an appointment directly.
Although on the day of the appointment, he mistakenly mixed of the days and time of the appointment, he accommodated for it and rushed over to the home where he then offer an incentive.
Marco is passionate about his job and cares for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.
