History

Established in 1999.

Cynthia started working with RE/​MAX in 1995. RE/​MAX exposed professional brokers and many educated people in her career. The concept of having your own business under the umbrella of your managing broker was not widely practiced. RE/​MAX founded this concept. After five years of developing, Cynthia purchased the local Yelm RE/​MAX franchise and RE/​MAX Country was born.

Cynthia remodeled an old medical building with Italian design and a beautiful courtyard where she entertains her clients.

Cynthia has developed a team of professional brokers who enjoy the industry and are consistently improving services.

DO N OT rent from Remax Country!!! Micki, the property manager will rip you off and she does «shady» contracts. Her son does the move ins and he never does a walk through and your lucky if he even has the right keys to the house, we had to wait 2 weeks for the owner’s to finally get us keys to the home. Micki added an additional $ 500 deposit at the last minute to our contract with no explaination. This company is definitely not one anyone wants to deal with!!!

My family and I rented with Micki Easterly and Re/​Max Country for a little over a year (May 14-​Jul 15). Micki and her entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Micki even went out of her way to help us with some postal problems after we moved to Georgia. Micki and the rest of the team were always available to listen and help. I would highly recommend!

My wife and I used RE/​Max Country in our recent purchase of a commercial building in downtown Yelm. Adam Schmier was our agent, and he did a fantastic job. Every time we got worried or freaked out about the process, he was right there to calm us down and make sure that everything was going smoothly. He walked us through the process, worked with our lender, the escrow company, and all of the other people that we had to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about Adam and RE/​Max Country!

My husband and I used Cynthia Schmiers Remax Country team when purchasing our first home. Karena Peterson was our agent and she was phenomenal! She was very kind, understanding, and patient with us from beginning to end. When buying your first home, it all seems so foreign. The closing team mitigated potential roadblocks to process with ease and enabled the process to run smoothly despite us moving out of state.
