This tiny hole in the wall of a restaurant is good but not great. The service is great the ladies who run the place are always amazing and friendly. The food is sometimes great sometimes good and sometimes ok. I think they need to work on maintaining freshness and being more consistent in providing fresh food. I love the drunken Noodle and thai fried rice, the spring rolls and dumplings are very good.

I have been here multiple times now, this place is delicious!!! I have ordered the green curry, Avacado curry, pad thai, and drunken noodles. The drunken noodles are my favorite. They give you so much food! The lunch prices are great too. Very resonable. They definitely don’t skimp out on the meat. I have been to Thai bloom which is also near by and I highly recommend this place over Thai bloom.

I’ve been ordering from and eating at Rama Thai for almost 10 years. Always delicious and you can’t beat the price. Thinking about this place makes me hungry.

This is my husband and I first time here at Rama Thai. Honestly everything was great! Nice service, they filled up our waters, checked up on us at appropriate times and asked how our food was or if we needed anything. The food was delicious and super authetic because alot of restaurants here in Oregon adjust the recipe based on the type of ethnicity and race. But overall this place is wonderful with food, service. The price is not overwhelming pricey. We will be back for more!

Customer service was poor for a slow night, on top of that when the old lady brought out water finally after passing up several times, she was not nice nor friendly. We finally got our food and ordered a coconut drink my son had some and some pad Thai he began to vomit projectile all over 3 x and they just kept walking pass and didn’t even bother to stop to make sure my son was okay finally the old lady brought over a few napkins for me to clean up she placed it on he table and walked away as my son was still in the high chair. I had to clean up the vomit off my son and she brought some more for me to clean up the floor, I flag the male might be the owner and told him I need to go boxes and told him what happened and all he said was wow that’s a lot of food he finally came over with to go boxes and help box up some of the food while I did the rest never once did they ask how my son was after my wife took him to the bathroom to clean him up.

Seriously… I am pretty sure these people know nothing about Thai food. I ordered spicy… Um not! The curry was more like soup not curry. If you are looking for good thai food you must check out Pacific Breeze and Thai Delicious in Tigard. Consistently Delicious!

First, they don’t have hot pot. The picture you saw on their page is Tom Yum soup and that is how they serve. Not sure if that was helpful because I was upset when it wasn’t hot pot. There are many positive things about this place. Very cute decoration: pictures, religious statue and plants. The service was very nice and friendly to customers. She explained everything on the menu so if you have questions, just ask. She checked on the customers many times to make sure we were doing fine. The food… uhm… the special noodle(I forgot how they called) and the tom yum are two things you guys should try here. Minus point: They don’t have rice noodles which comes well with tom yum soup. Oh wait, they have good Thai ice tea as well!!!

Not the best Thai Restaurant in Beaverton :(Customer service was terrible… The only time they came to the table was when we needed water… I don’t ever TIP unless my experience was good and the food was good and I got neither both experience. Would not want to come back.

I love this place! It’s so delicious and the flavors are great. I am vegan and always find something here. They are also super accommodating. I love the coconut veggie soup(number 21) with the fried garlic on top. My husband always gets the glass noodle soup and the kids love the pad Thai tofu. The restaurant is always clean, the food beautiful, the flavors bursting and the service impeccable. Best Thai food in our area!

Nice Thai restaurant but I still prefer Siam Thai and they are about the same distance from my home so I probably would be going there more still. Rama Thai does have the benefit of free delivery for orders over $ 25 and location within 3 miles. I believe 3 – 7 miles away is just $ 3 charge. 40. PADKAPROW($ 9.50): 4⁄5 My usual favorite to order at Thai restaurants is stir fried chicken, basil, and vegetables ordered extra spicy. They warned me that it was going to be Thai spicy but it ended up being more mild than I like. Dish was pretty good and had lots of bamboo shoots too. 42. PADKHING($ 9.50): 4⁄5 Pork stir fried with mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions in a ginger sauce. My friend ordered it as mild spicy and it was just the right level to give a little kick. 59. PADKEEMOW($ 9.50): 3⁄5 Rice noodles were a bit clumped together and dry. Oddly though the dish was on the greasy side but may have because of the beef. 32. KANGKEAO-WAN($ 12): 4⁄5 Green curry with fish balls and bamboo shoots. The fish balls cost a bit more than other meat options but I didn’t think it was worth it because they’re small and not much flavor but a nice change from the usual meat choices.

1/14, time for an update: We always get our food to go, so today we decided to actually go in and eat lunch. I am happy to say they have expanded. They have a ton more seating than they did before, it is much more comfortable for dining in although they still seem to do a whole lotta take out business, at least 3 just while we were there eating lunch. Had the Wonton’s they are stuffed with Chicken, very good. Hub got his usual Rama Salad, boy that sucker is big. I had Pad Kee Mao with Chicken/Skinny Noodle, it was delicious, just the right amount of sauce and very tasty. We shared our Entrée’s and were very stuffed when we left. That salad is full of good stuff and sliced poached(I think) chicken. The water has slices of Orange in it, very refreshing! So glad we went in and had lunch. Service was attentive.

Best«Authentic» Thai food in town. They have dishes that they are really good and hard to find in other Thai restaurants. My favorite dishes are — Som Tum(Papaya Salad), if you can eat Som Tum Lao(with crab and fish anchovy), they make a very good one — Kor Moo Yang(BBQ Pork Shoulder) — Nham Kao Tod — Ka Na Moo Krob(Chinese Broccoli with crispy pork) — Hor Mok Talay(Seafood curry) If you still have room, you should try their Coconut Ice Cream too

Its been a while since I ate here. Ducked in today for a quick brunch. Totally empty. No lunch specials on Saturday. We split pad thai with chicken, crispy and savory crab puffs, and fried chicken potstickers. Dining companion had a Thai iced tea. Iced water had a piece of fresh orange in it and was refilled often. Service was friendly and solid. The place has been remodeled. No more duct tape! For that, I up it one star. The pad thai was a little ketchupy for me(although it was still pretty good) and they did not ask what heat level we preferred. For that I“ll hang onto my last star. Definitely a solid Thai choice in Beaverton. We’ll come back.

We’ve gone to Rama Thai since it opened but for some reason haven’t been there in a couple of years and a lot has changed. They’ve totally remodeled the interior and revamped the menu. But one thing hasn’t changed, the service. Service used to be sloooow but now it’s much quicker. The one thing that hasn’t changed though is their timing. TIP: if you want an appetizer order it but put off ordering your main dishes until the appetizer comes or you will likely get it all at once. We went there for dinner tonight because a friend was telling us that the had Angel Wings again and how good they were. So we went and ordered up a plate or them and they were good. Angel Wings are deep fried and the crust was crisp and pretty much oil free. I’d consider ordering them as an entrée as you get enough to fill you up if your looking for a light meal. I ordered the Thai Beef Salad. Normally it’s served as a one star spiced meal, Spiciness of food is rated on a four star system here, but I wanted something with a little more kick so I asked for two stars. The salad had a nice kick to it so I was happy. I’ve had better Thai salads but theirs is plenty good. There is a nice lime punch and lots of beef. My wife ordered the Rama Noodles. They have a peanut sauce gravy covering the dish. I’m not a big fan of peanut sauce in general but theirs was pretty good. I had to add a little chili sauce from the spice stray but overall it was acceptable. My wife was happy which in the end was all that matters. You can do much worse in the Beaverton area for Thai food so if your looking for good Thai food, friendly, if not sterling, service give Rama Thai a try you won’t be disappointed.

I have been to this place once before a very long time ago. I was in a pinch yesterday for what to have for lunch. There was no menu online and I was looking at the photos and saw this green bean and tofu platter, I was sold at that point. Too bad I think it is a dinner dish, what I saw on lunch menu was extremely limited. I had the chicken and cashews and you know what? I just wasn’t impressed. I don’t think I liked the food the last time. Nothing to do with the business, the service was great but the food was just blah! It’s too bad, I really wanted to like this place but sadly probably will not return. I might for dinner to see if they had other choices but not for lunch. On the positive side, DH liked his chicken chow mein. He finished all his.
