Best Painters and Epoxy floor coating crew in Colorado! If you don’t check them out in your search you’re missing out!

We hired the Zenith team to coat our two car garage floor and our single car garage floor. I had five quotes and theirs was not only the lowest, but also the most complete in terms of the application process. The floors look great and the install team was in excellent communication throughout the process.
I will note that if you have your product installed in the winter there are sometimes discounts available (slow season) but know that there are temperature limits at which the flooring can be applied. In our instance we had a cold snap the week of our initial install where the high temps were in the 20’s which was too low for proper adhesion. So when scheduling know that it is a factor and you should try to be at or above 40 degrees when possible.

Two Car Garage: 19′ x 25.5’
Single Garage: 12′ x 17.5’
Total Cost w Premium Level Two Coating = ~$ 3200 or $ 4.60 sq foot (recall we bought and installed with a ‘winter special’)
While we have only had the flooring for the weekend thus far (finished install on ¹⁄₇) we are very happy with the results and the warranty (lifetime) cannot be beaten. Will try to provide photos and updates as time allows.

Great crew, excellent results. Something I wanted to do when we moved to Co and am so glad we finally did. In the battle for a clean garage in the winter I am finally winning (with the help of a power mop/​vac). Finally love my garage as a usable space in the winter.
They did a great job removing DYI coating from my driveway and redoing. And full epoxy treatment on garage. Over all job ran one day long due to weather but loving it now and cant say enough about this outfit. Not cheap but you get what you pay for in terms of product, knowledge and execution. Felt really bad the wife left with my wallet the day these guys finished because they deserved a tip — so for karma sake I thought a transparent and well deserved Unilocal was the least I could do.

Had an unfinished brick wall in house that kept crumbling and getting dust all over coach and floor. Called a couple of contractors who came out to quote on repairs and I just didn’t think they knew what they were talking about. Called Zennith and Kaler had product and recommendations to seal wall with no hesitation. Signed up scheduled within two weeks. Job was done professionally and for mcuh less than I had expected.

Zenith painted the interior of our 1920’s house and for the first time since we moved in, the trim lines were straight! It makes a world of difference having painters who listen to their customers, know what they’re doing, and pay attention to details. Great job, Zenith!

These guys really know what they are doing. fantastic work! So many folks in this industry are sloppy or unprofessional or untrustworthy. Not these guys. Could not be happier with the work they have done. I worked with Kaler and he was absolutely the best! Walked me through every step and made sure they exceeded my expectations. You so have to use they guys! Now looking to use their new graffiti proof coating on a mural we are going to have painted at the office.
