A Quality Tile

We have worked with A Quality Tile on four different occasions. SUPER company to work with. I have the best bathrooms in my neighborhood! They are professional, tidy (always takes care to protect the rest of the floors), and leaves with excellent product and service. I recommend them to anyone, large or small jobs. They are even patient with our crazy dogs and never have to worry about anything. Sad I’m out of things to tile! Will add pictures later but highly recommend.

Greg is a nice guy when you first meet him. Unfortunately, he is also unreliable and unprofessional. He completed tiling one floor of the house. After the completion of that floor, he began to make promises he simply didn’t keep. For example, he would set dates and times to do the next floor of the project and simply «no show» without a phone call, text, or any communication. When I would call him I only got voicemail. On one occasion when he actually did return a call he left a voice mail stating, «I’m busy working for contractors who put food on my table month after month, year after year.» Astounding! I’d attach the voicemail if Unilocal allowed me to do so. If he’s too busy working for contractors then he shouldn’t have started our project. After countless phone calls, emails, and voicemails trying to get him to honor his word and finish the job he started, he stopped communicating entirely. I was forced to find another tile company to finish the job. I’d give him zero stars if possible. As I said, nice guy, but unless you’re into starting a job and then having to chase down the tile company — only to have to find another one to finish the job, stay away from A Quality Tile.
