Front desk lady has bad customer service. I found some bug from my bed and I wanted to change room or change my sheets but she said she can’t do anything. I also found some bloody spot

For the price, I liked the size of the room, there was a refrigerator and a very comfortable king size bed. They serve breakfast and their close to all the stores you need and they do have security. It served the purpose for my needs. I saw no bugs of any kind…
I usually stay at Motel 6, being that’s my budget, but I liked this place better, even though it’s not as aesthetically clean looking.

If I could give less I would.
I had family come from out of town and wanted to get them a place to sleep in peace. I’ve been to rodeway inns before and they were very clean but this place is horrid. The outside looks nice and clean, but as soon as you get in the room yuck. The mattress is covered in a tissue wrap I guess so you can’t check for stains or bugs. The towels are very old and stained. The tub looks like it had just been wiped down but never scrubbed. And the walls ewwww there are splatters everywhere and the night stands had some gross stuff on them, I kept saying in my head please be splattered old ice cream ewwww. Pass this place it is gross, when I went to complain and show the receptionist the pictures I took a he could care less. All I got was a sorry but with an attitude like if she cleaned it and I was complaining about her work. No refund nothing

This is a nice and clean hotel with great staff. Catherine at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was helpful on the phone before I ever even arrived. She was the one that made me want to come here. She was kind and helpful. I had been having a very difficult day and her kind disposition was disarming. After I arrived I realized I did not have my shaving kit with me at all. I asked if they had such supplies upfront. I went up there and Catherine had a kit ready to go for me with a shaver toothpaste toothbrush and a comb. Overall, it is a very nice place, but it is the service that would make me come back.

This place is lucky to get one star. it should be negative stars. this place has bed bugs in several rooms. The staff are rude and lazy. House keeping walks in unannounced, they don’t change the blankets and they do a horrible job at cleaning. A lot of the air conditioner units don’t work. I wouldn’t pay to stay here. even if you’re desperate you can find better hotels for the same price in the same area

Pretty good hotel. Rates were a little high considering we found 2 alive cockroaches in our room and 1 dead. They put us right into a room when we got there. Rooms are very large and bed was very comfortable

This is not a super nice place to stay. We are in Indio for the weekend at Stagecoach. This hotel is an hour away and 60 bucks a night, verses staying someplace closer that is comparable and five times the cost. We were in a smoking room (they were out of non smoking), that sucked. I always check for bugs, there were none. The place was well lit, bed was sturdy (not soft) bathroom was clean but there was a hole in the wall. I stayed her with my wife and two little girls. It we okay for what needed, a cheap place to sleep, shower and get back to our fun weekend. The breakfast is not much to write about, cofeee, cereal, toast, a pancake machine and orange juice. It was simple but I mean, hey, it was 60 bucks. Overall this is not a must stay again place, but if u need to rest as your traveling it’s right off the freeway and there is a del taco close by.

Wow… What a mess! So much for trying to save a few bucks. First let me say the Staff was great. She tried to get us a better room. The first room i have to say was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in… EVER! Nasty smell of human urine, dirty dirty DIRTY carpet! Did I say DIRTY! I’ve stayed at many motels and small places but this was beyond disgusting. So I asked to change rooms, which she did for me without question. Now for the second room … I seriously doubt the carpet is any cleaner but it’s a dark color so I wouldn’t know anyway. The smell of urine is replaced with the smell of mold and hint of ashtray «non-​smoking room». So I went to return the old keys from the first room and the front desk lady asked if it was better, well on a sliding scale… Sure it was better. But I did mention I would need to go and buy some air freshener to be able to sleep in that room. She offered me some. Which I took. listen I stay at motel 6’s and super 8’s and cheap motels all the time that are much cleaner and smell better than this place … Do yourself a favor and SKIP IT! seriously … Unless you are looking to score some drugs or looking for a hooker in a sketchy place. DONT DO IT.

@ $ 72, compared to the $ 55 fiesta and similar motels, the Rodeway inn’s rooms are near twice the size, stain free walls and carpets, 2 queen beds, helpful staff, all time favorite; CLEAN bed sheets! Plus basics most get (coffee pot, fridge, etc. Best $ 17 difference, ever!
Also pool, gym, vending machines, extra parking.

Skanky. Avoid. There is a stain on the carpet that seems to be leftover from a murder. The paint is chipping, furnishings are worn, and the floor looks barely vacuumed and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I tried to get an extra pillow from the front desk but apparently there are no extras in the entire hotel. Guy at the front desk seems nice though. The hot tub and pool are closed, really wish info like that was posted on their website. Traveling with kids so no pool=grouchy, bored kids.
Little update– breakfast was pretty ok. Very awesome pancake machine provided lots of entertainment.

If you enjoy sleeping on a hard bed, taking a shower that literally hurts ur skin, and chillin with cockroaches then this is the place for you! Only reason I stayed was because of a nearby music festival. I would never stay in a place like this again. We had zero towels in the room when we got there and there was a hole punched threw the wall. The first night I called and asked for four, they bring two. For the rest of my stay (2 nights 3 days) called Front Desk five different times to ask for towels and they never came. I had to dry myself off the last day with a small hand towel. I know ur busy but this was the absolute worst service I’ve received at a hotel. Wasn’t even 2 star service because there was none. Only decent thing about the place was it had a fridge and a couch, other then that it was far from my car, zero Customer Service, and friendly bugs who greeted you by the door. Just lucky there were no bed bugs or I would of been pissed. Never again Satan, never again!

Spent the New Years here and was very pleased. Checked in without any issues staff is very polite and attentive. Informed us about the breakfast and local places to grab a bite to eat. Room was very clean, king size, spacious. Pillows and bed were comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Hot water in the cold was excellent. Called down for extra towels and they came on up without any hesitation. Overall enjoyed my stay with my husband, we will be back soon.

Great hotel with friendly staff and great accommodations. We asked to see the room before we rented and they were happy to show us the suites. The breakfast is great for the cheap price with fresh pancakes and coffee.

I gave 5 stars because I’m very seriously concern about customer service. If a inn/​hotel serve it’s purpose for lodging with clean sheets, a reasonable quiet enviroment with basic amenities, which is as my case staying here on the expense of the company training. Of course don’t expect this a Hilton Sheraton, but the front desk (Mrs. Jordan & Christen) act profesionally and courteous, and with all the super stores and food-​chain resturants around. Just hopefully can have a more stronger signal of internet connection in the future.

please stay away from this hotel cockroach infested. I tried to talk to them about a refund and got the run around. find a different hotel.

Little did I know, my car breaking down in Colton, on the way home from Big Bear would end up being a pleasant experience. After the extended wait on the side of the 215 for tow service I just assumed that it wasn’t my night. The Roadway Inn was the closest hotel, it would have to do.
When I arrived the lobby was clean, almost sterile, but I’ll take that over dirty, unkept any day. The staff behind the desk was attentive and friendly. They quickly got me into a room and on my way to some much needed rest. The fact they are pet friendly proved beneficial since the family dog was with me.
The room was large and clean. Couldn’t and wouldn’t expect more from this class hotel. The bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet were above average with excellent water pressure.
In the morning, the staff was very helpful securing a taxi for the drive over to the mechanic. This was more difficult then you would assume.
Overall, the Roadway Inn did an excellent job considering this stranded motorist predicament and the accommodations most often associated with this class hotel.

The customer service is ok but the breakfast here sucks. The rooms are clean and big which I enjoyed. The beds are comfortable and the location of this hotel is great because their is so many places to eat within walking distance.

I really like this property. I have stayed here several times and DEFINITELY prefer it to the sister property down the road a few miles, on the other side of the 10 FWY. (FAR superior location and a MUCH better value)!
The staff here is very friendly and accommodating and the rates beat other area motels hands down for the value.
Trust the Trucking Sailor on this… you will NOT be disappointed!
