History

Established in 2012.

With a background in ballet performance and costume design, Ellen began focusing on decorating her home while giving advise to neighbors and friends. «My friends all complimented me and suggested I design interiors for a living.»

After studying at the New York School of Interior Design, she worked for a variety of small high-​end design boutiques and for some talented independent designers; in Connecticut and New York

After a three year job with a design firm/​boutique on the Upper West Side, Ellen established Ellen Mills Interiors LLC to serve her existing NYC clients as well as provide her services to Lower Westchester County.

Ellen feels that design is a process and works closely with her clients in order to provide them with a home that will suit their needs, aesthetics and lifestyle.
