Owners Teresa and Liza created their vision of combined classical and evolved Pilates with clinical skin care, massage therapy and health education in a warm, energetic environment.

Business Owner

Teresa H. MA has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, holding a Master’s Degree in Physiology, Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is one of 6 instructors statewide to be nationally certified in pilates from Pilates Method Alliance. Teresa believes that the reformer is the most versatile piece of exercise equipment that allows for all fitness levels to acheive their personal results.
