Established in 2013.

With a background in Finance and Management, Rut entered sales with an entrepreneurial mentality. After years of experience in customer service and building client relationships in diverse businesses, Rut sought out a career in real estate. He has been involved in both residential and commercial transactions in the New York City area and continues to help his clients meet their real estate goals while lasting long term relationships.

Rut’s (like «root») real estate philosophy starts with the meaning of his name, which stands for «truth.» His core mission is to be truthful and conduct business with integrity. This translates to honest evaluation and communication to his clients in terms of their options and obstacles.

Rut’s goal is to make your real estate experience as enjoyable, easy and as efficient as possible. With his focus now on real estate he likes to listen to and understand his clients and use all the tools and skills available to him to meet their needs; and when possible, help them achieve even more!

Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, Rut grew up near the beach in Clearwater, FL and graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa Bay with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management. He enjoys working out and loves sports, including soccer and tennis which he used to play competitively, as well as quality time with family and friends.
