To anyone actually reading the reviews, I’d like to kindly point out the Fake 5-​star reviews of Sarah G. and Raumak R.
This company apparently has 2 names at the same address. This one and Cosmetic Laser MedSpa. But it seems that these 2 reviewers are the only ones who left reviews for both company names, and they are identical. (They stand out as the rare 5-​star reviews in a sea of 1’s & 2’s)
Further, if you look at Raumak R.‘s reviews, they almost entirely consist of Lawyers, Doctors, and Health/​Beauty facilities (all of which coincidentally happen to be owned or operated by Persian individuals). Seriously, not even a divorced housewife of Beverly Hills has used the number of attorneys and doctors reviewed by Raumak R.
I hope this helps any real potential customers. I almost purchased a Living Social deal from here, but now, as the magic 8-​ball says, outlook not so good.

Don’t go here! I’ve been trapped going here for about a year because I got a Living Social deal for laser hair removal. They are very difficult to try to schedule an appointment. They have tons of day and time restrictions that are not friendly to a typical Mon-​Fri 8 – 5 job person. There were several times where I had booked an appointment, I had to ask my boss to let me off early to meet that time and then this place would call me last minute (within 1 – 2 hrs of appointment) to ask if I can try to get there sooner or that they just couldn’t keep the appointment because the technician was leaving for the day! Why would they leave early when they still had clients? There was also a time where their laser machine broke and they promised to call me back when it was working so they could book me again. 3 months pass with no call till I had to call back to ask what was going on. They had fixed the machine after a month but failed to call me. To make up for the mistake they threw in extra treatments (which they didnt enter into the system and I had to convince the staff the following time that I was given this). The parking at the place is the worst! You have to enter from a super busy street into a 1 way lot that has only like 6 spaces for a whole business building. Several times there is a car blocking the only way through the tiny lot which means you have to back out into that busy street. I always ended up parking a few blocks down. Oh and watch out for the killer hill to go out of the parking lot. Its practically vertical. The staff changes so often. Front desk can vary from friendly and competent to the barely there attitude. Only good thing I can say is that they have an easy notification system for appointments. I unfortunately had to cancel my 2^nd to last appointment due to jury duty and all of a sudden there was a cancellation fee when there wasnt one before. I put up a stink about it which I hardly ever do so they waived the fee. Im going to walk away from getting my last 2 treatments because they are just so ridiculous to deal with.

Amazing service! Had Botox there and the team is welcoming and gentle. Lasted longer than injections I had before. Loved it!

So I had my final appt of one year of botox. This time it was just bad. Aaron administered the botox and it was the first time he had done so.
I ordered an extra 5 units as I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. Note to people. If you get the one year of botox, it’s only 20 units. Not enough if you have medium to deep wrinkles.
After he quickly injected me. Blood started pouring down my forehead. It lasted about two minutes. After I felt a little numbness to the area but after a month, I could completely move the muscles in that area. No numbness at all and that was with the extra 5 units.
1. I am not sure if Aaron is authorized to do this procedure, 2. I am not sure if he gave me pure botox.
I’ve never had this happen before where I felt nothing so soon after.
It’s a good deal folks if you have very minor wrinkles and don’t want them to get deeper. Do not buy if you already have medium to do wrinkles.
PS: The girl in the office was administering a chemical peel. She came into the room where I was to ask Aaron what she should use and how to use it. They kind of whispered. I’m talking chemical peel people. Nothing to mess with and should only be done by a professional!
PSS: No parking. I had to park across the street at the grocery store which I hated to do but there was no lot parking nor street parking.

I felt obligated to write this review after reading some of these reviews. I had the most amazing experience at premier rejuvenation. From the beautiful girl at the front desk to Aaron everyone took such good care of me. I was always able to walk in for an appointment and never had to wait for more than a few minutes. I’ve been getting lipotropic injections for a very long time. I used to get them done from my doctor and they would hurt and I would bruise. Aaron has been using a long needle and I have no pain and zero bruising. I feel so comfortable with the office I just signed up for velashape. Great office, trust me!

UPDATE: It seems as though this place was just having some growing pains from their move and the use of social media coupons. Since my initial visits, all of my visits have been pleasant and QUICK! They have been courteous, friendly and the place is looking more organized all the time. I see Genovieve for my laser treatments and I really like her. She is professional, fast and her equipment is clean. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because of their parking situation. There really is ZERO parking for this place. Location leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise, I’m a happy customer. :)

The WORST Botox experience I have ever had. I’ve been getting Botox for over ten years and never had such a horrible reaction to injections ever. I arrived at 8:55 am for my 9 am appointment after waiting in the lobby for over 15 minutes with another patient, nobody greeted us, after yelling hello numerous times, the receptionist Ashley finally acknowledged us. Nurse Genevieve was assigned to treat me, without much discussion she started injection the Botox in my forehead. Firstly, it was the most painful injections I’ve ever felt, normally I don’t feel much, especially in forehead area. Secondly, the areas that she injected were areas that I had never ever received injections in. I was interested in treating the areas above my eyebrows, the wrinkling that occurs when you raise your eyebrows. Genevieve injected my upper forehead, every single injection hurt sooo badly, it felt like she was just haphazardly jabbing the Botox wherever without much care or concern. After she was done, I looked in the mirror and had multiple huge red mounds all over my upper forehead. I immediately noticed several large bruises developing. The nurse put arnica gel on me and told me to continue at home. Icing the area for several hours had no impact on the bruises and the HORRIFIC swelling that blew up my forehead. I called the office and spoke to the nurse, but she didn’t offer much reassurance or suggestions. It is now 4 days later and my forehead is dotted with large bruises, lumps and a huge bump that bulges over the middle of my forehead. My forehead is tender to the touch, I can’t even gently apply cream without wincing in pain.
I will never ever let Genevieve ever inject me, it has been a huge painful nightmare.

The facility isn’t clean, the staff has a bad attitude and the people who do the work are poorly trained and don’t do good work. Don’t waste your money!

I finally got an confirmed appt and was in and out within an hr. I have some bruising but so far so good, if you have patience then they are pretty good, friendly workers, but no parking. All in all so far in content, I’d come back again, but maybe not for $ 400 a syringe..

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had purchased a years worth of Botox injections (basically 20 units every 3 – 3.5 months for a year) and went on the first appointment. Everything «seemed» ok. But there were some definite red flags for me and I will tell you:
A. There was ZERO reviews and/​or information on this clinic to begin with so that was the first sign…
1. Is almost impossible to get someone to answer their phone. I left several messages and no one called me back… the day someone finally did pick up I freaked out and thought I had won the lottery. They book out a month in advance because their RN who does the injections is only there certain days and times.
2. The office staff (other than the one male and one female who I think was called Stephanie) is EXTREMELY RUDE. Not that I think they should kiss peoples asses or feel the need to schmooze their clients, but they are just downright snooty, snotty, and made me feel like I was a horrible person for paying hundreds of dollars for their services. A bit of advice office staff? If you hate your job, quit. Considering the TYPE of service this is, you know your clients are more than likely either going to be wealthy people looking for youth or people who have saved several paychecks to get this trying to make themselves feel better about their looks… and everyone in between… so at least make an effort to cater to us all. Having attitude will NOT keep your clients.
3. The deal I bought said that I would have a Dr. consult with me and tell me what he thinks the best procedure will be for my wants. Ok… so this Dr. is an INTERNIST. Not a cosmetic Dr. AT ALL. So I don’t think he should be consulting about cosmetic procedures period. They do have RN’s who actually do the injecting, but they aren’t cosmetic Docs either. At any rate, there was no Dr. around. I did ask the male staff member who was always nice why I never got that and he said «well they are gone a lot in surgery or procedures of some kind and aren’t there to do so. But I WAS told that IF he was avail at the time of my visit, I could MAYBE Skype with him. Really??? Um no.
4. My mother was coming to visit me and she said she wanted Juvederm but wanted to go where I went to get my Botox and so I found a Living Social or Groupon deal for Juvederm one full syringe for her from them and she bought it. Then I decided to try and see if there were reviews on them yet… there were.
5. I saw the few reviews and how people were having the same issues that I was but new problems seemed to be piling up: they were supposedly «running out of Juvederm» or «Left the Botox out so its bad and we don’t have anymore» I was thinking PLEASE DONT LET THIS HAPPEN WHILE MY MOTHER IS HERE. I am more tolerable of this stuff but she will freak out. So I am thinking ok I haven’t heard from them yet… then my phone rings. «We are out of Juvederm and the Dr is Jewish so he’s gone until Monday so I don’t know when we will be getting another shipment in»
6. This «practice» is SO shady I cant even fathom it. Meanwhile I still have 2 more sessions of 20 units for Botox to go (after my apt this eve because luckily they still have Botox and I told her she better hold my units for me) I felt bad taking it out on the RN because its not her practice to run, but come on… IF YOU BOOK THE APPOINTMENTS, BUY ENOUGH PRODUCT FOR THOSE APPOINTMENTS. Its NOT that difficult. And to be honest, I don’t know that I fully believe the story anyway as it seems to happen to a lot of people. Plus they didn’t get my appointments right TWICE. This place is really not convenient for me to get to and I had originally purchased them because they were quasi-​close to my work but I don’t work there anymore so I am having to drive from the Valley to Mid-​Wilshire which at 6pm (or ANYTIME) is NOT pleasant.
Look Dr Yamini, I understand you are a business and businesses want to make money. You chose to get into the cosmetic business because its lucrative with everyone, males and females, wanting to retain their youth as much as they can… but you CANNOT run a business this way! Its a lot of money for people to pay for a 3 month «fix» & the time we take out of our days to go there. You want to keep clients? Obviously you do because you offer these Living Social/​Groupon deals geared at obtaining new clients. Well, you want to KEEP those clients right? Myself included? Then you HAVE to change what you are doing. You need to train your staff how to better talk to people… you need to purchase enough product for the appointments that you book, and you need to organize your practice. I used to work in the medical field. For a LONG time. And I would have NEVER treated patients the way that I am sure the bigger percentage of your cosmetic clients are treated. And the Docs I worked for would have NEVER allowed it anyway. Why? Because they actually care about their patients while you seem to care about money.

Completely agree with the last post. I have now been canceled 4 times for my Groupon appointments. I was able to get in the first time despite going to the wrong location, being rescheduled twice, then like the last post, had great difficulty finding the one on Pico. I was told they had «trouble with the product, product was left out all weekend, internal management issues», etc. They actually said they are open Sunday and would see me then, but alas again I was canceled. This is my first time reporting any business. I felt it was necessary to deter anyone from using them. Absolutely, the most unprofessional, disorganized business I have ever come across. This company is bogus and will be reported to the BBB.

I made an appointment weeks ago with this company via a Groupon deal. The appointment was for this afternoon. I took off work, drove an hour in west LA congestion to the address they have listed on the Groupon site. I get to the address and cannot find the business. I finally go into another business in the building they have listed as their address. Everyone inside starts laughing that they see people looking for Premier all the time, but they aren’t at that address. I asked could they tell me where they actually are and everyone laughs at my question. Do they even exist, I began to wonder…
I called the number listed on the Groupon and the woman who answers first acts like she has no idea what I’m talking about that I have an appointment — then says, yes, she knows me because they left me a message cancelling the appointment. I tell her I didn’t receive any message from them and then she confesses that they don’t have my correct number anyway. I ask where they actually are located anyway and instead of telling me, she says they’ll get back in touch with me when they are ready for me to come.
What?
I asked her if they were running some sort of scam or something and she just told me to take it up with Groupon if I wanted my money back.
What?
I’m suddenly afraid to trust Groupon… but at least I know not to try this place again. I wasted ½ my day taking off work and driving across Los Angeles to a phantom appointment. What a disappointment!!!
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is…

Bought 1 year of botox from them. They did a great job on the first round of injections! Going for my second appointment next month!

Bought a Lifebooker for 1 year of laser hair removal.
After 6 weeks of unsuccessfully trying, over and over again, to contact this place by phone and email to schedule my first appointment, I finally gave up and demanded a refund.
Guys, if you are going to sell Lifebookers, make sure you are prepared to answer your phones!
Horrible.
