Precise Home Inspection Services, LLC has been performing individual home inspections and commercial property assessments in the Greater Puget Sound area. With (10,000+) inspections completed over the past 16 years. PHI strives to deliver comprehensive inspection services to the commercial property investor, and individual home buyer. Our depth of knowledge, polished communication skills, with timely turnarounds are primary goals. We are Veteran owned, honoring all of our Military Veterans with discount pricing. I appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself and PHI services to you. I am the sole owner & manager of PHI Precise Home Inspection, LLC, and 16yr member of ASHI, and NACHI, with 23 yrs experience of master planning, engineering and project management in the Construction Industry. I have a passion for homes, home ownership, and what that means for all Americans. I believe home ownership will always encompass the spirit and meaning of the «American Dream».
