I first hired George to install a mural in my living room, and he did such an awesome job that I hired him again to hang wallpaper in my bedroom as well. Once again, he did a beautiful job. He is very professional, both in terms of technical skills and in his behavior. He is very knowledgeable, and highly skilled and experienced. He is also easy to communicate with, he answered all my questions (I had many questions) promptly and in detail. He is extremely reliable, and I had no problem letting him work by himself in my apartment while I had to step out for errands. He is efficient: very thorough, not in a rush, but not wasting time either, getting things done in a way only real pros can. He is well organized, and clean! The place was just perfect after he left. In addition to the wallpaper, he also helped me with some extra wall repair, and did an excellent job there too. And he is such a nice person! It’s really a pleasure to work with him. But I think what makes him stand out most is that «craftsmanship», which I find so hard to find these days… He is anxious to make everything perfect, just like if he were decorating his own apartment, or like an artist. It’s so obvious that George, unlike many others, does wall-​work not just for the money, but because he loves creating something beautiful that transforms your place. He takes pride in his work, and that shows in the end-​result. I am very happy I found him (on the internet!), and I highly recommend him to anyone.

George and his team came to my office to hang some complicated tropical beach scene wallpaper and paint a wall. The wallpaper I ordered was a bit too small and George fixed it with some clever paint (he even rushed to Home Depot to get matching paint!). I asked him to paint a wall a very dark color so George and his helper spent a crazy (CRAZY) amount of time perfecting the edges, coats, and smoothness of the paint. I showed him a similar wall I had painted by Paintzen for almost double the charge of George — you could see roller streaks throughout — George knew right away it was due to the sub par tools used. Professional and pleasant to work with — I’m already planning a much larger project to bring George back in to complete!

Gyorgy was EXCELLENT. He is very thorough and takes his time to get everything perfect. He went above and beyond with every little thing-​including going with us to the store to pick a subtly different ceiling color than the wall in our bedroom (a last minute decision that he was happy to accommodate). He even repainted our window sill so it was a beautiful cream again without being asked. The bedroom ended up needing a third coat of paint (because of the darker color underneath) and he very easily came back an extra day to get it right, with no complaints or price gouging. The wallpaper in both rooms was perfect and we’re in love with our new bedroom. Gyorgy is also a very kind man that we got to know a little bit through conversation. He’s a family man and it feels nice to give business to an entrepreneur making his own American dream happen. HIRE HIM!

Gryorgy «George» Kovacs was quick to respond to my Unilocal inquiry, which said that I needed expert help on short notice (10 days) in time for Thanksgiving. He was able to accommodate me, showed up when promised and had the exact eye for detail that my job required. I had purchased an historical William Morris reproduction from Charles Rupert in Canada, and there was no room for error. He didn’t rush through, and took his time to do the job properly for the precise fee we had agreed to in advance. I couldn’t be more pleased.

George and team are exquisite in their work. I have done 4 different installations with them, each with high-​end papers — 2 with difficult patterns, 1 silk, and 1 metallic grass cloth. Each job is completed with perfection and in a timely manner. They are also always so considerate about clean up after each day, as well as are conscientious of the surroundings in high-​end homes. I give them two thumbs up — highly recommended!

I had a very good experience with 78 and Sunny Inc. It was very important that the job what they did had to be fast, nice and clean. I am a kind of picky customer so I was afraid a little bit of a new company. But their (brothers’) job was amazingly good. In addition the guys (brothers) were also pretty nice and helpful, they have an excellent communication skill, too.
