FZAD is an architectural and design firm that was started in 1986. The firm has completed a number of retail and residential projects ranging in scope and complexity. Through FZAD staff and Frederic Zonsius they have completed projects in the high-end Retail sector and high-end Residential sector. Such clients include Furla, Max Mara, Divide Cenci, and Ghurka, Oscar de la Renta and Kenneth Cole. Through FZAD’s ten-year association with Max Mara FZAD has set up systems of purchasing, and project management in order to offer a «wrap around» level of service to their clients.

Frederic Zonsius after graduating from Cornell Architectural School in 1980, opened his office in Manhattan in 1986 and has since owned his private architectural and interior design firm with his partner Pamela Zonsius. They have completed a number of retail and residential projects ranging in scope and complexity. Through his professional background he has completed projects in the high-end Retail sector and high-end Residential sector. Such clients include Furla, Max Mara, Davide Cenci, and Ghurka, Oscar de la Renta and Kenneth Cole.
